Idaho used to be this half-civilized backwater of a state with gorgeous scenery. Now it’s a completely uncivilized hellhole with gorgeous scenery. I have to wonder about the two new OBGYNs, did they have any other job offers or did they merely think, “I’m gonna do Pap smears all day and bag the rest of my training?”

The new OB/GYN's are probably working off education debt. incurred by the hospitals that sent them to med school, with a contract to give back 4-5 years service....kinda 'Northern Exposure' ish....
