Tuesday, at long last, Donald Trump realized, or his daughter Ivanka told him, that, in the wake of mounting incidents of threats against Jewish people in these here United States, it would probably be a good idea for him to, you know, say anti-Semitism is bad, and actually SAY THE WORDS, instead of just issuing a blanket condemnation of mean things that are mean, like how the White House did with its Holocaust remembrance statement. Now we can move on, right, since Trump has clearly solved anti-Semitism?

Steven Goldstein, executive director of the Anne Frank Center for Mutual Respect — the US branch of the worldwide network of Anne Frank centers — was skeptical, and made a Facebook post basically LOLing at Trump’s statement, calling Trump’s words “too little, too late.” He also called out Trump’s White House specifically (cough STEVE BANNON! cough), saying Trump’s words are a “Band-Aid on the cancer of Antisemitism that has infected his own Administration” and “a pathetic asterisk of condescension after weeks in which he and his staff have committed grotesque acts and omissions reflecting Antisemitism.” In other words, TRY AGAIN, IDIOT.

This has made Press Secretary Sean Spicer very sad/mad. Spicer whined in his press briefing Tuesday that no matter ALL THE WONDERFUL THINGS Trump does to tamp down anti-Semitism (ALL THE THINGS!), it’s, and we quote, “never good enough.” Poor Donald Trump, toiling each and every day to make sure religious minorities and racial minorities and immigrants and gays and BLTs and all the diverse people who make America great feel welcome and loved in their own country, and what credit does he get? NADA. Unfair!

More of what Spicer said:

I think that it’s ironic that no matter how many times he talks about this that it’s never good enough. Today, I think, was an unbelievably forceful comment by the President as far as his denunciation of the actions that are currently targeted towards Jewish community centers. But I think that he’s been very clear previous to this. […]

I wish that they had praised the president for his leadership in this area …

And Trump has led on this issue so many times! In fact, Think Progress compiled a whole list of the times Trump has condemned anti-Semitism (every chance he gets!). Just kidding, Think Progress’s thing is about how Trump literally never does this. But should Trump even have to do anything, considering how his daughter Ivanka married a known Jewish person, Jared Kushner, whom the president likes to think of as his own hot son? Ivanka even BECAME A JEWISH! It is therefore impossible for anti-Semitism to be a problem in this White House.

Lest you think we are exaggerating, Trump idiot Kayleigh McEnany faced off on CNN with Goldstein from the Anne Frank Center Tuesday, and she proved the “president” loves Jews by asking Goldstein repeatedly if he thinks Trump hates his daughter. (Of course not! She is sexxxy and Trump knows it.) Here’s what Goldstein thinks about that:

“You know what Kayleigh?” Goldstein began. “I’m tired of commentators like you from the right trotting out his daughter, trotting out his son-in-law as talking points against the president’s antisemitism. They are Jewish, but that is not a talking point against antisemitism—and that is a disgrace!”

“Have you no ethics than to invoke people’s religion as a talking point?” he continued. “That itself is anti-Semitic.”

In response, McEnany kept asking if Trump hates Ivanka, because PSSSST SHE IS A JOO, REMEMBER? Q.E.D., YOU GUYS?

Anyway, Trump loves the Jews, they are tremendous, some of his favorite Mexicans are Jews, and we should also mention that Trump has at least two black friends, eats lots of taco bowls, and cherishes every pussy he grabs. What an intersectional hero he is!
