Hey, remember how a couple weeks ago we were all going to get Ebola and die when our internal organs liquefied, and we couldn't trust anything the government said, and it was time to freak the fuck out? And then suddenly it was all over and there was no more Ebola no more , and purely coincidentally, the midterm elections were over? As it happens, MSNBC's Chris Hayes noticed, too, and he has misty watercolor memories... of the way we were freaking out over nothin':
Public health experts said all along Ebola would probably be contained in the U.S, and you know, I think that's why all the commentators and pundits were so calm and rational about Ebola, instead of panicking or trying to score a political point.
And so his staff went All In and put together a montage for us to enjoy. Enjoy!
