Donald Sterling ain't never gonna stop being Donald Sterling, even as those around him try to salvage the wreckage. Though his wife Shelley confirmed she has his authority to sell the Clippers, Sterling himself is still protesting the NBA's fine by being as bullyish and scuzzy as ever.
Sterling responded to the NBA's attempt to oust him on Tuesday, arguing that there is no basis for stripping him of his team because his racist statements were illegally recorded "during an inflamed lovers' quarrel in which he was clearly distraught."

The fact that he thinks his franchise, which as never won anything of note since he bought it, is worth more than the New York Yankees and Los Angeles Dodgers baseball teams <b>combined</b> should be irrefutable evidence that he&#039;s nuts.
