Ohio Judge Crams Even More Gay Marriage Down State's Throat By Insisting It Recognize Out-Of-State Marriages

Man, it is a great time to be gay and the saddest time ever to hate on the gays, as state after state after state turns homosexual. Ohio was only partly gay, having recognized gay marriage for the purpose of death certificates late last year , but now they have let the homosexxicans take over everything because a jackbooted liberal activist judge thug said that Ohio has to recognize out-of-state gay marriages as well, and does not even have to wait until those people die to do it. THE HORROR.

Timothy Black has issued a ruling Monday ordering the state of Ohio to recognize same-sex couples’ marriages performed in other states for all purposes. [...]

The order does not specifically address whether Ohio must issues same-sex marriages because that was beyond the scope of the complaints filed, but Black unequivocally concluded that “Ohio’s marriage recognition bans are facially unconstitutional and unenforceable under any circumstances.”

Do you hear that sound? That roaring wave? That is the vast tide of conservative tears rolling over the nation about yet another defeat in the gay marriage wars. Gays, succor yourselves by drinking from the river of these tears, because they will always replenish themselves. These people will go to their graves crying about this while the rest of us will just live our lives completely unscarred by the specter of gay marriage.

The fires of their rage will be further stoked by the rest of Judge Black's opinion, in which he specifically calls out the state's arguments against gay marriage as being some seriously weak-ass sauce. 

“Given that all practicing attorneys, as well as the vast majority of all citizens in this country, are fully aware that unconstitutional laws cannot stand, even when passed by popular vote, Defendants’ repeated appeal to the purportedly sacred nature of the will of Ohio voters is particularly specious.”

Actually, we're pretty sure that plenty of conservatives who are all het up about gay marriage are unclear on this concept and think that if you win the vote, you win America. We're talking about people who deeply misunderstand the First Amendment and think it can be invoked any time someone makes fun of them, believe the Second Amendment is sacrosanct above all else, and are actually unable to name any of the remaining amendments. Towering geniuses these people are not.
