Let's go serfing now, everybody's <strike>learning</strike> being mandated now...

Instead of time-and-a-half, they'll be paid in "compensatory time off" (deferred days off, to be taken later), which they will have to formally request and obtain supervisory approval to actually be able take. So instead of mandatory days off as required by law, they'll only get to take time off with the employer's permission and at its discretion.
