We will just leave this here then. We will not be addressing Sen. Chuck Grassley’s thoughtful rejoinder, or the NRA’s gentle murmurs, as this is Cry-Time, not Vomit-On-Chuck-Grassley-Time or Murder-The-NRA-Time. Nor will we mention that there is currently, as in “as we speak,” a child hostage situation/dead schoolbus driver in Alabama, committed by a man who thinks “the government is out to get him.”
