NJ Sen. Bob Menendez Proves Old Truism: Dude, Pay Your Hookers

MenendaeNew Jersey Senator Bob Menendez, repeat after us: Pay your hookers. Pay your hookers. PAY YOUR GODDAMN HOOKERS. Maybe you thought $100 was enough for working gals in the Dominican Republic. If that is so, you should have told them that UP FRONT instead of agreeing to $500 and then only forking over a lousy Benjie. (The possibility that the “intermediary” who paid the women kept the difference is not aired in Tucker Carlson’s D&C. We will bring up that possibility now. Because obviously, the moral question here is not whether the 58-year-old divorced Menendez availed himself of the erotic services of a couple of consenting adults making a living, but whether he PAID HIS GODDAMN HOOKERS.)

One woman said Menendez wooed her with compliments like “beautiful” before they slept together. The other woman recounted, with apparent bitterness, receiving from an intermediary only $100 of the $500 she had been promised.

“He lies,” she said of Menendez. “He says one thing and does another.”

According to the translator’s summary, Menendez “was nice at first, but then later he did not seem to care about her.”

Oh, honey, really. That’s on you. That is the point of why men pay to visit working gals, so they do not have to make with the lip service and the next-day phone call and the caring. (Also the point: anal.)

Menendez, who is 58 and divorced, has represented New Jersey in the U.S. Senate as a Democrat since being appointed to fill a vacancy in 2005. He is up for re-election on Nov. 6.

Asked about the allegations, Menendez spokeswoman Tricia Enright refused to answer any questions on the subject. “We’re not going to respond to a completely false accusation,” she wrote by email.

Ms. Enright, may we suggest that you respond instead that the single Senator Menendez absolutely denies not paying his sex workers the full agreed-upon amount? New Jersey will understand.

"He lies. He says one thing and does another."
That woman has a future in American political punditry.

    1. PsycWench

I'm trying to figure out what kind of sex worker thinks that her clients are always truthful. Probably a poor one.

    2. CthuNHu

Actually, she's too honest to be a pundit. Empirical research suggests that pundits are incapable of saying those very words.

  2. Texan_Bulldog

Bob must have went to the same "How to Piss Off a Hooker" class as the Secret Service.

(And I can't imagine most NJ-ites giving two shits about this when they are currently stewing in their own sewage water.)

  3. BaldarTFlagass

I wonder if the lady of the night who is accusing Menendez of stiffing her is also the mother of Rush Limbaugh's boy-toy. Now that would be quite a coincidence!!!

    1. boskolives

Rush Limbaugh's review of Douchebag D'Souza's film answers the question: "If Obama wins a second term, where will America be in 2016?"

Most likely answer, between Canada and Mexico. However, if R'Money wins the U.S. will be offshored to where the work is, i.e. China or India.

  4. vulpes82

You say "stiffing the hooker" (hehe, get it?), I say "showing fiscal restraint." Menendez shows he knows how to economize in these tough times!

More seriously, even if this is true, I doubt it will matter. I can't even pronounce his opponent's name, and didn't even know he was running until about a week ago when the commercials started (and Menendez's started earlier).

And they waited a little long to drop this bombshell, seeing as how half of us here (or more) have no power, cable tv and/or wifi. Those that do are just playing catchup watching storm coverage on Ch 12, and none of the local stations will pick up the story because they are too busy with Sandy coverage. Most of us here in NJ will hear about this in December, if ever. (Unless they read the Wonkers, like me.)

The whores at Fox News earn they're money the old fashion way. They fuck reality, and blow off the truth.

  6. BadKitty904

Given the problems NJ is facing at the moment, Carlson is going to have to hustle a *lot* harder to get Menendez laid off…so to speak…

    1. BadKitty904

I'd suspect that Lyle and Erik are the ones having their horizons broadened, rather than the other way 'round…

  7. tbonebullets

A somewhat similar sitchyation didn't seem to hurt David Vitter too much.

Hey, is sex for cash legal in DR?

  8. actor212

It's interesting this story is coming out now.

Menendez is up almost 20 points over Joe Kyrillos, and this story will never make up that gap.

So the question becomes, why waste this juicy story on a no-win situation?

    1. FakaktaSouth

Holy crap Joe Kyrillos, that dude (had) more of those stick up-side of the road-campaign-signs than I have ever seen for any one candidate in my life – and I swear, no kidding, I seriously wondered who his opposition was and if he was as prolific elsewhere on the side of the road his own self. Now we know.

      1. actor212

Fak, he literally bought up the entire commercial time on the morning and evening local news programs in the weeks heading into Sandy. I have no clue how a loser who's twenty points back gets that kind of money

        1. BerkeleyBear

Same way that anti-Obama ads are running in markets Romney himself isn't wasting his time in, and 11 million suddenly gets funneled from God knows where to a dark money AZ 501(c)(4) who in turn shovels it to a California issue PAC (and insists they have no obligation to tell anyone who their donors are until after the election) all for opposing a California tax hike plan that has shite all to do with Arizona. Yeah, Citizen United's claim that voters would be informed as to the source of funding really holds water, don't it?

Oh please. If I wanted to see a bunch of pissy, blurred out whores bitching about a Democrat, I'd just tune into Fox & Friends.

  10. PsycWench

He lies, says one thing but does another and pretends to care until the sex is over.
I've never heard of a man doing that. Ever.

  11. Gorillionaire

Perhaps in was simply a language barrier problem, like when I ask the taco truck guy if he has any veggie options he always says "cash only!".

  12. TRDMC

If Menendez was a Republican, the girl would've been a boy; the act would've taken place in a public bathroom; and the whole affair would've been blamed on a "wide stance". Not there's anything wrong with that.

    1. Negropolis

And, they'd have begged for Jesus' forgiveness, and then all would be put in the past, 'cause Jesus.

  13. NorthStarSpanx

“We’re not going to respond to a completely false accusation,”

That's a lot more dignified a non-denial denial than say, "Hmmm rilly MSM? Quit Makin Stuff Up that our brave soldiers die for your first amendment rights there."

  14. bfddad

I only made it 14 seconds into the vid before I bailed. But if any hooker I ordered had a fuzzy face like that, I'd probably hold back a few bucks too.

      1. bfddad

Wouldn't the boys have to work for free? Child labor laws and all? You know how republicans are stiff about things like that.

  15. Allmighty_Manos

I see this story as really picking up steam, considering that New Jersey voters have nothing else to worry about right now.

  16. actor212

The lesson here, of course, is that no politician should avail themselves of rent-boys hookers until they are married family values Republicans

  17. not that Dewey

Ultimately, the real victim here is Sarah Palin, and I think it's only fair to call on President Obama to resign.

  18. tessiee

*bitter chuckle gradually morphing into insane-sounding laughter*

  19. Steverino247

They treat them like whores and…well…Hey, she really was a whore.

Still should have paid her the correct amount, but why $500 for that? Seems a bit steep to me.

  20. SayItWithWookies

As a former waiter (from long ago) I'm aware that people who've been in the service industry before tend to be more courteous customers. Maybe Senator Menendez thinks Congress is something more than what it actually is.

    United Hookers Organization (UHO)
    Press Release
    For Immediate Release

Nov. 1, 2012, Miami, Florida—Several certified members of the United Hookers Organization (UHO), an international private organization that represents more than 1.5 million prostitutes, or hookers, worldwide, plans to hold a press conference today, Nov. 1, 2012, in Miami during which several other UHO members will talk about their trysts with Menendez and several other members of the U.S. House and U.S. Senate.

"I had numerous trysts with Menendez–and other Congress guys," says Kandi Apples, a seven-year UHO member. "I did, too, and some of them were Senators!" adds Chocolate Cherry, a five-year UHO member.

More details will be released at the press conference.

Prostitutes are supposed to get the money upfront. That's standard procedure for any commercial venture. If a hooker doesn't get the money upfront then either a) she's dumb or b) she did get the money upfront but then she realized she was with a Congressman and wanted extra to keep quiet.

  23. Tundra Grifter

That video reminds me of sitting in Small Claims Court, listening to a guy being sued translate his own witness's testimony for the judge. Why wouldn't anyone believe that?

She could be ordering lunch for all I know. Although I do speak a little "Menu" Spanish, so that may not be what she is talking about…

  24. Hart Williams

Let's see: first you have two "hookers" who don't bother getting paid up front. Yeah. Sure.

Then, you have them "finger" a man named "Bob" from photos. Then, you put out the worst video in the world, with clear sound edits that may well have said "Tell them to say such and such if they want to get paid."

And then, a bunch of self-anointed boobs don't bother reading with comprehension that the arrangements were made by a third party and the STIFFING on the cash by a third party, so even IF the incredibly sketchy case is entirely true, "Bob" didn't stiff them. The procurer did.

Massive fail on all levels. I have a bridge in Brooklyn that's available to the right buyer at a very reasonable price. You might be interested in it. Let me know. It's a great investment, just like Foster Friess made when he handed Tucker Carlson $3 million and told the Washington Post it was for "civility." Now, about that bridge l…

  25. missannthropethefirst

    Let me get this straight…

"My pimp ripped me off, but because Tucker Carlson is paying me the difference, I'm blaming who he told me to say the john was."

True or not, don't blame the client for your pimp ripping you off.

  26. rickmaci

Hey Bob. What in the hell are you doing with a $400 an hour pro? You are a United States Senator. Jeebuzz bro, lobbyists will have sexxxytime with you for nothing. Some will even pay you so they, or someone that works for them, can fuks you raw and there are no messy loose ends that you need to worry about. Just throw an occasional vote their way and all is cool. It's one thing to disgrace the dignity of the Senate. It's quite another to f'ing embarrass the chamber by letting the world know a member can be had for the cost of cheap hooker.

  27. ttommyunger

Shit! Who has someone else pay his hookers? What dumb cunt does not get the moneez first? And who gives a fuck? Why am I asking you?

  28. Negropolis

Asked about the allegations, Menendez spokeswoman Tricia Enright refused to answer any questions on the subject. “We’re not going to respond to a completely false accusation,” she wrote by email.

    **cringes**

I can take simply not even replying to requests, but the tell is the "completely false accusation" part, because when politicians say that, we know they are lying. Here's the PR rule in politics: yoou either say everyting, or you don't say anything, nothing.

Menedez, hookers are people, too, my friend.
