Stupid Fox Nation Photo Editing Proves Michelle Malkin Is An Idiot

  crazy lady

They should have just used a photo from a Glenn Beck rally, duh.UH, this picture is the best the lazy photo editors at Fox Nation could do to create propaganda illustrations to fit Michelle Malkin’s lunatic rantings about the MASSIVE RACISM of the Wall Street protesters, the latest teatard fiction du jour to prove the Ocupados are just a bunch of cruel hobos. Yes, just look at the sea of 99% white faces! Or don’t, unless you happen to be mainlining the fistfuls of hallucinogenic chemicals that naturally fill Michelle Malkin’s sour brain cells.

Michelle Malkin’s creativity-challenged analysis of the Wall Street protests:

“When Occupy Wall Street activists call themselves the ‘99 percent,’ it turns out they mean 99 percent non-diverse (by their own politically correct measurements),” Malkin said in an email.

“It’s as pale out there at Camp Alinsky as MSNBC’s prime-time lineup or the New York Times editorial board.  Not counting the cameos by Jesse Jackson and Cornel West, that is.”

Yes, so if you don’t count the black people who have participated, it is very white! Basically, if you only count the white people, it is exactly like the Tea Party protests. That’s the best they’ve got. Whatever everyone used to say was awful about Tea Party protests, that’s what is now awful about Wall Street protesters according to the lobotomized wildebeests in the right-wing punditry. So clever of them! Talking Points Memo has fun round-up of these desperate attempts here, go read it! [Fox Nation; thanks to Wonkette operative "Luke P."/ TPM]

Blacks? I thought it was the Jews that had all the money and ran the world. Protocols of the Elders of Zion Libel!!!

      1. WhatTheHolyHeck

I was going to reply right away, but my hands were all sticky from the Christian Baby Hoagie I was enjoying at my desk.

Anyway, how dare you, banker libel, etc.

        1. horsedreamer_1

To soften his image, outgoing board chair Sinatra appointed the first black to a top corporate position.

  1. SorosBot

Even the picture Fox uses shows a crowd that's maybe slightly over half white, so good job lying out of your ass.

And I guess "It’s as pale out there at Camp Alinsky as MSNBC’s prime-time lineup" is meant to imply that Al Sharpton is white?

      1. PalinzADummy

Even if the photo I'm, handing you says different. Who you gonna believe, me or yer lying eyes?

    1. Lionel[redacted]Esq

I'm sure the black people in the photo are happy to know that Ms. Malking doesn't see color and considers them white.

      1. PalinzADummy

I think we brown and black people are just invisible to that verminous bitch. She doesn't even want to associate her eyeballs with the sight of us.

    1. BerkeleyBear

I like to think of her as a deep fried Twinkie – slightly browner on the outside, even more harmful to your insides.

      1. Pres.Libunatic

Allen West, also. Great guy, according to The Source:

        Iraq interrogation incident

While serving in Taji, Iraq, West received information from an intelligence specialist about a reported plot to ambush him and his men.[10] The alleged plot reportedly involved Yahya Jhodri Hamoodi, a civilian Iraqi police officer.[10] West, who was not responsible for conducting interrogations in Iraq and had never conducted nor witnessed one, had his men detain Hamoodi.[10] In the process of detaining Mr. Hamoodi, soldiers testified that Hamoodi appeared to reach for his weapon and needed to be subdued.[10] Hamoodi was beaten by four soldiers from the 220th Field Artillery Battalion on the head and body.[11] West then fired his pistol near Hamoodi's head,[10] after which Hamoodi provided West with names and information, which Hamoodi later described as "meaningless information induced by fear and pain."[10] At least one of these suspects was arrested as a result, but no plans for attacks or weapons were found.[10] West said "At the time I had to base my decision on the intelligence I received. It's possible that I was wrong about Mr. Hamoodi."[10]

West was charged with violating articles 128 (assault) and 134 (general article) of the Uniform Code of Military Justice. During a hearing held as part of an Article 32 investigation in November 2003, West stated, "I know the method I used was not right, but I wanted to take care of my soldiers."[11] The charges were ultimately referred to an Article 15 proceeding rather than court-martial, at which West was fined $5,000.[10] LTC West accepted the judgment and retired with full benefits in the summer of 2004. Asked if he would act differently under similar circumstances again, West testified, "If it's about the lives of my soldiers at stake, I'd go through hell with a gasoline can."[12] After Lieutenant Colonel West was relieved of his command, an interpreter employed by a private contractor said that without his presence the region he previously oversaw "became more dangerous and chaotic".[10]

    1. KenLayIsAlive

Of course. They have both blonde haired people with blue eyes, and brown haired people with blues eye.

Not to mention the rainbow array of their metallic painted hoverrounds,

    2. poncho_pilot

what do you mean? the teabaggers are comprised of people of English, Dutch, Irish, German, French, Scottish, Scandinavian, and Polish descent. and probably other shades of white, too!

  2. MARCdMan

Malkin is the type who isn't happy unless she's crapping in somebody's apple pie. Why teatards and other GOPers think she's so wonderful I'll never understand.

    1. Dashboard_Jesus

maybe it's cuz her own lovely brown (MUSLIN?) furrin skin looks like exotic and forbidden fruit to them, so being Repiglickers they're willin' to overlook the craziness/ ignorance in hopes of a shot at some sweet asian *pie*?

    2. SorosBot

They love the self-hating minorities who stomp on members of their own race, and the likes of Malkin and Cain can make good profits off of that.

    3. OneYieldRegular

I'll never forget accidentally catching her appearance the one time she was on "This Week" with George Stephanopoulos. She was so clearly out of her league, such a ridiculously inept figure, incapable even of following the conservation. I almost felt sorry for her until I remembered what a hateful a person she was.

      1. NorthStarSpanx

I fail to see the outrage even if it were true, Free Market discontent vs. Government grievances? Wouldn't this be a more resounding message?

      2. PalinzADummy

He has a mouth? I could have sworn he only had an upper anus and a lower anus. Huh. Learn something every day.

    1. MaxUdargo

The way the modern media works, I think the first rule of public relations is this: as soon as your side is accused of something, immediately accuse the other side of the exact same thing. It doesn't matter if it makes any sense to accuse the other side of the exact same thing, the only thing that matters is that now you've set up the "he said/she said" dynamic, and the initial criticism of your side has been effectively nullified. Now the media has to report that "both sides have been criticized" for whatever it was.

    1. Banelm

I've always wondered how these people manage to drive, hold down jobs, and generally survive in the real world.

  3. ManchuCandidate

Where are the Olds, Rascals and Racist signs? It's not a real protest unless the protest has all those things!!!

And an aside… Silly Malkin. She thinks she's white. Just cause you married a white man doesn't make the property transitive. Dumbass.

  4. Goonemeritus

Thank God we have Michelle Malkin to defend the rights of oppressed minorities. After all look at any civil rights cause in the last two decades and see what side she has championed. CUNT!

    1. PalinzADummy

She reminds me of my mother, who thought Hitler and Mussolini were just *wonderful,* no matter how many times I pointed out to her that she would've headed their Kill Lists.

    1. PalinzADummy

Riefenstahl had many faults, but she was a genius, as even her detractors will admit. To associate the whores at Pox Ooze with her does neither party even a modicum of justice, although I dare say the hurt is mostly on Riefenstahl's side. Did you know she invented many of the camera techniques used for years in filming athletic events? And every one of her works is a masterpiece. She claims her sins have been greatly exaggerated by her detractors, and there is very little hard evidence against her. She has been repeatedly exonerated in courts of law.

This doesn't entirely assuage my discomfort with her. But she was a genius, and deserves credit for it.

  5. SexySmurf

Michelle's dumb, so here's a video of the fuzz arresting Seattle hippies (some of them were even black!) in Westlake park. I was down there an hour before and it looked like the entire SPD was mobilized; I was very tempted to knock over a liquor store. I went back around 9:00 and there were still a few dozen hippies sitting around beating drums (really!). Doesn't look like the protests are going to wind down any time soon.

    1. MonsterAGoGo

Enough with the fucking drums. Be clean for Gene if you want the Merkin people to take you seriously, Starshine.

  6. Dumbedup

Not only is the OWS crowd diverse, actually looks like America, but they are, many of them, pretty hot. Now in the 60's a lot of people showed up at protests, and a lot of them were looking to get laid, and it worked. Want a revolution? More sexytime!!

  7. Chichikovovich

One of the first comments on the Foxnation post:

"Wonder how many of these goons are carrying illegal weapons?"

Hmm…. probably not a lot of them, since unlike the tea partiers they are getting arrested in waves just for being there, and anyone with a lick of sense knows that having a gun (especially with no permit) on you when you're arrested complicates things immensely.

But I do remember protests recently, where people not only carried guns openly, but even held signs boasting about it, and indicating their willingness to use those weapons if political events didn't turn out exactly as they wanted.
But they were described by Fox nation types as "patriots" who were "exercising their second amendment rights".

Apparently the tea party reading of amendment 2 not only omits the "well regulated militia" part, but also adds at the end "unless you're a peaceful left-winger exercising your right to free assembly with others. (i.e. a goon)"

    1. Allmighty_Manos

Ronald Reagan was all for gun rights until the Black Panthers starting walking around Oakland carrying shotguns.

      1. PalinzADummy

Gotta make sure them Second Amendment rights-bearers are of the, ahem, correct, you know, type.

Not a buncha goddamn n******, that's for fuckin' sure.

    2. PubOption

Some think that the second amendment is a mandate to own any weapon that may be available to the military forces (militia), in order to oppose (regulate) such forces when they oppress the NRA /redneck / tea party people.

Any attempt by the 'dirty hippies' to 'regulate' the NYPD, would, of course, be a communist plot.

      1. PalinzADummy

Better yet, they should provoke some of those gun-carrying loudmouths to show up in NYC. It would be wonderful to see the beatdown that ensues.

    3. Negropolis

Remember, the 2nd is a sacred right…unless it involves "those" people. This has been their common belief ever since we won our citizenship.

  8. Sue4466

So, all the sudden diversity is the sine qua non of credible protests? Yeah, okay. I never thought the Tea Baggers were credible either. Happy to hear Malkin finally admit it.

    1. PalinzADummy

It's almost as if they specialize in lugging their collective petard around so they can publicly hoist themselves thereupon, isn't it?

      1. Sue4466

Yes, it is. I think their lack of critical thinking skills spills over into a stunning lack of self-awareness.

        1. PalinzADummy

And yet, Malkin went to a good school, IIRC. Perhaps the cognitive dissonance over the years of shriekage has worn her critical thinking skills down to a nub.

  9. Golfing_OJ

Pardon my intrusion. Jesus Christ, what a vicious little unmanageable cunt Malkin is.
    Thank you.

  10. Sue4466

Like O'Reilly and everyone at Fox, Malkin doesn't recognize any browns amongst the Ocupados, cause they're not shouting for their motherfucking iced tea.

  11. Tundra Grifter

For the past couple of decades, the right wing nutz have been stuck in an infinite payback loop.

You guys got Richard Nixon tossed out – so we're going after Bill Clinton (calling for his impeachment before his inauguration).

You guys made fun of President Bush's inability to articulate in public – so we're going to mock Obama's teleprompter.

You guys interviewed dumb TeaBaggers (because that's all there were out there) – so we're going to cherry pick Wall Street protesters and make them appear to be out of touch.

It's as weak as it is obvious.

    1. prommie

There's a reason they are called "reactionaries." There isn't a positive item on the conservative agenda, every single thing they care about is a reaction to a liberal policy that they don't like.

      1. NorthStarSpanx

Some turd responded to the criticisms aimed at the McGinnis book's most salacious allegations against the Palin couple that morally degenerate "delicate, tiny, very talented celebrity starlets" would make them bastions of Family Values anyway – failing to appreciate that these Hollywood starlets don't try to turn their values into law.

    1. DaSandman

Gosh, no fuckin' scooters or pix of Barry as the Joker. And they all look healthy. Real political protestors look like they are in end stage diabetes and have cigarettes dangling out of their mouths.

  12. Texan_Bulldog

Michelle has never realized the GOP just lets her sit at the cool table so they can say they aren't racists (see also Hermain Cain).

    1. SorosBot

They also know that they can't publicly say certain reprehensible things like, "the Japanese internment was good", but figure if someone who is herself Asian says it she can get away with it and therefore they can hide behind her words.

      1. PalinzADummy

Exactly. That's why they just LERVE the Herman Cains and Phyllis Schlaflys and Mario Rubios and all those other non-white/male/rich people who are willing to heap coals of fire on their own people for crumbs off the white man's table.

The Field Negro likes to discourse on the issue, and I sure do like to read what he has to say.

    2. Judith_Priest

And they're hoping that after a couple of glasses of wine, she'll bust out the ping-pong balls!

  13. Lascauxcaveman

Ooh. Yay FOX news. I always like to start the day with a good game of Count The Negroes.

(Sort of like a grown-up, racist version of Where's Waldo.)

  14. paris biltong

Was Malikin actually there? What she says is "they don't look diverse to me." Yet judging from the picture, it's quite possible that many of the ones who look "white" are actually Hispanics and/or Native Americans. Some are obviously males and other are females. Several may be gay and/or lesbians. They're also of different ages. There are probably a fair number of Jews and non-Jews and several national origins are certainly represented.

  15. friendlyskies

Methinks that Fox Nation photo editor might be on Team 99%. Tee hee. Mr. Murdoch had better think about handing out more suitably TARPesque bonuses this Christmas, lest his underpaid, foreclosed, and struggling employees start sneaking some truth into the news.

  16. Dumbedup

Yeah, I think the "bright, happy attractive, young" crowd will prevail over the "old, bitter, fat, mentally ill" crowd. Eventually.

      1. PalinzADummy

Thank you deity, this is the biggest factor in the downfall of Pox Ooze and the Repuglycan't Portly. It's not gonna be too long before they all pop their clogs. Unfortunately, I'll be popping mine right around that time too, so, so sad, enjoy the world without them for me, kiddies.

  17. OneDollarJuana

Re: the alt-text. They didn't use a Glenn Beck rally photo because you can't fit that many GB rally attendees into a single picture.

  18. DaSandman

Well, she's right cause only white people like equality and economic justice. The browns only want sing and dance and play basketball.

  19. smitallica

There are more blacks in Malkin's "all-white" photo than there were in my mostly white high school.

    1. DaSandman

That's perfectly ok. She is a cute little soulless monster. May I suggest a ball gag for your own protection? That's safe sex when it comes to Michele.

  20. BaldarTFlagass

I'm fixin' to go out and Occupy the Chinati Art Festival in Marfa TX for the weekend; I will report back on the racial diversity (and the sportiness of the maidens) next week.

Happy "Anniversary of the Commencement of the Destruction of the Native Races of the Western Hemisphere" (Colombus) Day, y'all!!

    1. PalinzADummy

You sure do know how to make an old perv happy. Be sure to report back in detail upon your Sporting Wiff Teh Maidens (assuming there are any maidens at all in TX; perhaps you should settle for ex-maidens).

Yeah, happy that-guy thing. I think we celebrate Indigenous People's Day here.

  21. Monsieur_Grumpe

I did a quick count just from that FOX News picture and I came up with a "conservative" estimate of 33% browns. Of course percentages and FOX News have never gotten along in the past with their 127% pie charts and all.

  22. Terry

Is Malkin falling out of favor over at Fox? It seems like a pretty obvious attempt to show that she was wrong. They're usually a bit better at spinning a party line.

    1. PalinzADummy

They seem to be divesting themselves of a good part of their Loonier-Than-Thou stable. Glenn Beck, now this pretend-fight between InsHannity and ORly, the beatdown of Bachmann, the refusal to re-sign with Palin. Is it a trend, or am I being too wildly optimistic?

  23. Slim_Pickins

I noticed something about closed captioning on Fox this summer, while in a health club where I didn't have any choice. When blacks talk there is no closed captioning. Apparently there is no way to understand what they say.

  24. ttommyunger

"Stupid Fox Nation Photo Editing Proves Michelle Malkin Is An Idiot." Idiot, maybe; Cunt, fer sure (I know, it's been said before, but in her case, I never tire of the word).

  25. SayItWithWookies

Not only are they all white, they're yelling about how their taxes are too high when they're actually lower than at any time in the past 30 years, they're making completely hyperbolic comparisons to Hitler and Stalin, they're painting themselves as the only real patriotic side of this issue and their adversaries as desperately irrational America-haters, they're toting guns and making vaguely menacing threats against the lives of people they disagree with, they're wildly cheering any demagogue who stands up and shouts fire-and-brimstone rhetoric, and they're the dupes of several large lobbying organizations and a vast criminal enterprise disguised as a news and entertainment business.

Which makes me wonder why they're not completely in favor of these guys.

  26. Naked_Bunny

I love the "you suck at least as much as we do" arguments I always see from wingnuts. They show how deeply tearing other people down is ingrained in conservatives. They contain so much undirected anger, it's no wonder they can be swayed so easily into actions that hurt themselves, from religious conservatives being told science should be removed from school because it is "just another religion" to economic conservatives being told that unions should be eliminated because union workers make more money than they do.

    1. SayItWithWookies

Consservatives' use of "Nixonian" to condemn a liberal president's actions is always amusing.

  27. PsycWench

If Fox news wants to be all inclusive and reflective of their demographic they need to hire more fat people.

  28. PubOption

And if there were more minorities in the photos, Fox could claim that as proof that all the protesters were on welfare, anyway.

    1. wokeupliberal

They'd be going all ACORN on the protester's asses if there were dark skinned people there. It'd be a "violent mob."

  29. Pat_Pending

Lookin' mighty beige out there. Think maybe Fox flaks photoshopped the pic to lighten up the darkies?

Cafe ole! (too lazy to find the accent character.)

  30. Redhead

I count three black people and one possibly hispanic person in that picture, in a quick glance. Maybe she was only counting 3 out of every 5, though.

  31. yrbmegr

Why can't we get this straight? Black people count 3/5. So when you count up all the equivalent people, it's 99% white.

  32. iburl

This is a national outrage, like the time Michelle Obama wore clothes that were too fancy or too plain. Or the time Barack Obama used a binder clip.

  33. MozakiBlocks

Hmmm, I see four or five folks who would be mighty surprised to learn that they are of the caucasian persuasion.

  34. OneYieldRegular

If this is how beer-goggly Malkin sees Occupy Wall Street, god knows who she'd bring home from a bar.

  35. Pop_Socket

This is more Right Wing Big Lie Jiujitsu. They take criticisms directed at them and accuse their opponents of it. This is the method behind the "Obama can only read off a teleprompter" meme as well. It's as appalling as it is transparent.

  36. fuflans

But not a peep about the Abercrombie & Fitch-meets-Apple central casting mob swamping lower Manhattan

if my demographic was 'fatgirlslikeniceclothestoo.wordpress.com' and the scooter store i wouldn't make a peep either.

  37. axmxz

There is a certain racist logic to this: if in your heart of hearts you think black people don't count, in general, then they obviously don't count here either.

    1. Judith_Priest

I don't get the "hot" part. So … being ropy and skinny with fake tits is all it takes to be hot? Doesn't matter that your rabid-chihuahua-face is stuck in a permanent snotty sneer?

Male libidos … damn. Glad I don't have one.

  38. owhatever

Is there something genetically wrong with Republican women named Michele that makes them stupid?

  39. Preacher_Griz

This michelle malkin fellow looks like some squirrely latino lib or something. Those folk always think they get slighted by everybody

  40. Eve8Apples

“It’s as pale out there … as MSNBC’s prime-time lineup or the New York Times editorial board. "

I quadruple dog dare Faux Nation to use Michele's comment next time they are covering a teabagger rally.

    1. SorosBot

It's not just Malkin; straight-up lying to claim that the protesters are almost all white is the latest talking point that's all over the place now.

  41. Beck_is_Trig

Yep, this was inevitable and seeing as how wingnut originality in witticisms tends to be deeply racist and/or culturally offensive, instead outside in "polite company" they rip off liberal witticisms which were fresh and funny at the time. They then proceed to completely destroy the humor of the original by turning it into something deeply racist/culturally offensive (e.g. "Bush is a dumbass son of privilege" turns into "Obama is dumb because he's black") and so forth. The differences between the 'baggers and occupados is this: when the occupados came out to protest it was against corporate/government corruption and its corrosive effects whereas baggers were in favor of more saying "if only this country were more rotted with corruption the 'job creators' would hire". That's the key, principle difference between the movements…oh, and the occupados are young and judging by the lady in that photo are attractive urbanites upset with the rank inequality of contemporary America whereas baggers are ugly rural inbreds mobilized by blind hatred of the idea that a black guy can run "their" 'Merika.

    1. Negropolis

Yep, this was inevitable and seeing as how wingnut originality in witticisms tends to be deeply racist and/or culturally offensive, instead outside in "polite company" they rip off liberal witticisms which were fresh and funny at the time. Many, many, many upfists for this astute observation I think should be made more often. It kind of goes back to why liberals or other minorities can say things about minorities and disadvantaged people that conservatives can't. We know they are laughing with us, while the conservatives are always, always laughing at us.

  42. Troglodeity

Of course, as soon as it's pointed out that there are many people of color among the protesters, the next story line from Fox will be that Occupy Wall Street is dominated by Obama's Fellow Blacks.

  43. NYNYNYjr

I know the guy in the center- he's a photographer and he's half-Japanese (half "white"). I don't know the girl to his right, but she looks half-asianish too.

    1. PalinzADummy

I see several faces in there that look biracial, plus blacks, latinos, and possibly south and east asians.

  44. JackObin

I think Malkin scores 100 points this season. I'm really worried about the state of Sid's health, however.

  45. glamourdammerung

This is not Malkin's fault. After all, since she was an anchor/terror baby, she probably does not know English well enough to understand what she is claiming.

  46. ChessieNefercat

I'm in a hurry, and don't have time to read all the comments, so please forgive me if someone has already pointed this out.

But could it be that Ms. Malkin is using that old time Founding Fathers math? If each not-white-like-'Bagger-God-intended male person is counted as only 3/5 of a person, and not-white-like-'Bagger-God-intended female person is of course not counted at all, I could see where the resulting calculation could demonstrate a much-higher-than-reality-would-indicate percentage of white-like-'Bagger-God-intended people.

My, Ms. Malkin is a horrid little creature.

  47. Negropolis

The very last think a conservative wants to get in a fight over is diversity. I mean the very last thing they want to do.

Overcompensating, token brown bitch says what?

  48. benjo765

So the Tea Partys' stale pancake stack of empty platitudes needs some more sweet sweet koch maple syrup on it (cranky old man juice?)
Uh, meanwhile lets totally rip on Occupy Wall Street by making argument-less attacks!
    Hurray for Freedom!

  49. BaldarTFlagass

Isn't there some photo bank out there that sells photo rights to crowd pix? I'm pretty sure that Fox and Newt and them folks have used this before.

  50. Texan_Bulldog

They should have Photoshopped Newt & Callista in there. They are so blindingly white, they would have cancelled out any browns/blacks in the pic.

  51. GOPCrusher

They need to PhotoShop a bunch of people out of the picture, otherwise someone might get the impression that this may be a well attended protest.

  52. PalinzADummy

That's become a mite more difficult since the arrest of 700 demonstrators left Wall St. convincingly occupied nonetheless. Their "there's only fifty hippies out there" line became obvious bullshit, then.
