White meat can be delicious. Look to Nanci Pelosi as an example of tenderness with a subtle spiciness that leaves you fulfilled. Look to Michelle Bachmann as an example of dried-out and bland leaving you looking for 'something to fill the hole'.

The difference really is in the seasoning and technique. Nancy is from two of the great food cities (at least as to seafood for Balmore), whereas Bachmann is from the land of covered hot dish and lutefisk.

BTW, some covered hot dish is very good – but most is poorly made food covered up with cream of mushroom soup.

I beg to differ. If you're just plain nuts, they'll let you run for Congress. If you're self-hating enough to throw out your law degree, they'll let you sit on the Supreme Court. If you're J.C. Watts, they'll let you carry their bags up to the room.

And if you have melanin and lunacy, but you "speak so well," they'll parade you around as proof of diversity.
