True Americans.Just when Teabagger parents thought they could have as many poor welfare children as they wanted, the big scary government child services came in and decided it could TAKE AWAY THEIR CHILDREN just because they are members of a Teabagger group that wants to protect the Constitution (with guns). This is all according to Jonathan Irish of New Hampshire, who is a member of “Oath Keepers,” a militia group with a weird Constitution fetish, whose website says, “We will NOT obey orders to disarm the American people.” The government is taking away this Teabagger spawn because it wants to MURDER the Constitution and and will hurt ANY brave citizen standing up to protect it. These people are truly great Americans.

This move is further proof of the radicalization of the government agents and their fear of the Constitution and the rule of law. Why else would they be going after peaceful law abiding citizens who have are not charged with a crime ,and go to the extend of breaking apart the family bonds.

The father, Jonathan Irish, has helped organize meetings around his home town in New Hampshire for over a year, but as far as we are aware is not an official part of the organization. His facebook page shows that he has an interest in the Constitution, the second amendment, the bill of rights, martial arts, guns, the Dukes of Hazard, and the bible. All thoroughly American interests. The mother Stephanie Janvrin fits the all American girl part; Her profile shows two beautiful toddlers at her household and show pictures of a most normal family. She is 22 years old, has two gorgeous toddlers, and a thoroughly normal facebook profile:

“All a girl really wants is a man in faded jeans and cowboy hat/boots, who owns a big truck with mud on the tires…”
“is IN LOVE with a boot wearin, gun shootin, truck drivin, bocephus blarin’ country boy :) ”

If you did not cry reading that, you are not a good American. These are literally the most important interests Americans should have, according to the text of the Constitution.

But not so fast! This militia is not even a militia!

Neither is Oath Keepers a militia, for that matter. However, EVEN IF WE WERE, that also would not be a valid reason to take someone’s child away. PRIVATE MILITIAS, JUST LIKE OTHER VOLUNTARY ASSOCIATIONS, ARE NOT ILLEGAL, and it is not a crime to associate with them. To the contrary, we have an absolute right, won by the blood of patriots, and protected by our First Amendment, to freely associate with each other as we damn well please so long as we are not advocating or planning imminent violence or directly harming our children (and no, teaching them “thought crime” like “All men are created equal and are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable rights,” or that those who swear an oath should keep it, does not count — at least not yet).

According to the only page of the affidavit this Teabagger news site would post, this Teabagger family and its history are “well known” to child services. And also this:

A document almost as dear as the Constitution.

(Ignore the part about the father’s history of violence and firearm charges and refusal to attend a court-ordered violence program. JUST LOOK AT THE HIGHLIGHTED TRUTH.)

Jonathan Irish? Sounds kinda Jewy – Catholic to me.

I'm already boycotting Campbell's Soup, do I have to boycott court ordered anger management classes too?

Real Americans feed their eight kids on a daily diet of five Doritos and a half a can of Jolt.

    • Senator_Bateman

Ahh…Jolt… they even sell that anymore? Or Cactus Cooler?

      • horsedreamer_1

I've seen Jolt around, but not Surge. Where did my precious Surge go?

Pineapple flavoured Fanta can only replace it so much in my heart. & pancreas. Also.

If they take away the baby who will keep an eye on the meth lab timer? If that stuff boils over it burns holes in the double-wide.

    • realmanpwns

I don't know which is worse… The heartbreaking moment a child is taken from it's parents or the evil hateful vitriol spewing in this forum where people think it's funny that people who exercise their 1st and 2nd amendment rights should have their baby taken from them. Look at all the class warfare potty talk in this forum. You people disgust me. You are all sub human animals.

  • Well, cool! TeaBaggerdom is now officially a defense to child abuse!

Some of y'all young'uns best be headin' for the hills NOW! Soon as this word gets around, y'all are roadkill!

    • JMPEsq

The US and Somalia are the only countries that haven't the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child, because it's been blocked by the Senate thanks to pressure from conservative groups who fear it would interfere with their "right" to beat their children; so yeah, the wingnuts are pro-child abuse.

Aren't the Tea Baggers going to be embarrassed and ashamed when it turns out that they are supporting someone charged with multiple felonies and child neglect (which i suspect is the case) ?

Oh, right. Teabaggers. No, they won't be. FREEDUMB!

    • JMPEsq

Read point 5 on the affidavit; they've already lost parental rights for the first two kids after a trial for neglect. But the teabaggers feel no shame.

      • Gopherit

I wonder why he was ordered to attend anger management classes? They are an obvious violation of some constitutional right.

      • the_problem_child

Decision pending doesn't mean lost yet. But probably will.

        • The problem with some of these cases is that they have like a 95% conviction rate.

One of my friends in high school became a single dad when his girlfriend got 10 years for selling marijuana, her parents wanted the kid so they turned him into CPS, they made up some story about coming over and them smoking weed in front of the kid, never happened though. It took almost 5 years for him to even see his kids again and she was out before he had custody of them again. They had to sue her own parents, which brought about an investigation into the grandparent's child rearing which found sexual abuse, the grandfather got 3 years.

Why are we sending child molesters to jail for less time than someone selling weed?

    • JadedDissonance

Neglect and I would venture drug-abuse, leading to a substance-exposed child and an instant "removal."

      • JustPixelz

I also suspect some drug issue. Seems like the "two adorable toddlers" are still in the home, only the newborn was moved to foster care. (Though JMPEsq says they're out too.) Looks like some serious concerns with the all-american-girl mother.

Over on the TP'er blogs (prisonplanet[dot]com), the comments are all about starting a shooting war over this incident.

It will start with paper and pen, but it shall come down to weapons and ammo. It always has and always shall be. No one can change that

And they're so sure this is all about the father's politics and "oath keepers". As if the gov'mint has selected this man, this child, this moment to start its persecution. One poster actually compared this incident with Nazi's rounding up the Jews for extermination.

So maybe I should buy a gun. OOPS… I mean buy more guns, bigger guns. Don't you TP'ers think for a minute that I am peaceful or reasonable. I have already reloaded, motherfuckers.

    • gvvt

No, they won't be embarrassed… As for allegations that Irish had abused his fiancee's children, Nave said: "Maybe he's not that great a guy. Maybe he has a record. But just because the government says it's so, I don't believe it. The fact that there are documents about it is meaningless. But what they did is no different if I kidnapped that baby."

Amanda Biondolillo, a Concord woman who came with her young daughter, said she didn't think the state should get involved in family issues at all, even if there is reason to suspect abuse.

"The family should be left to resolve it on their own," Biondolillo said. "Or private enterprise – private companies can contact the family and say, 'We heard you were hitting your kids. Can you stop that?' "

      Maybe BP or AIG….

      • MathIsHard

        Sweet Baby Jesus.

      • doxastic

Heh, because there's nothing weird at all about a privatized child security service

      • HistoriCat

"private companies can contact the family" … yeah, because that's so crucial to private enterprises. I weep. I bang my head against the desk. I … am so glad I don't have a gun – I might just go shoot myself. There is too much stupidity to bear.

      • TabooBoo

"You are an unfit mother. Your children will be placed in the custody of Carl's Jr. Carl's Jr." Yep, that sounds about right.

      • Beowoof

Hey Bitch, I grew up in the 50's and 60's with a drunk, abusive father and prayed that we would be taken out of that hell. And now Amanda, you come up with this dumb shit that it will be resolved in the family or a corporation will step in and handle the situation. Who pays the company for their service? The kids who are already being screwed over. Where do you people come from, there must be aliens dumping stupid assholes here to see how much people can tolerate before losing it.

Yep, this is what the teabaggers tell us is a normal all-American family.

    • nounverb911

And then, unfortunately, are bound to protect the family's confidentiality for the sake of the children thus becoming undefended targets for teabaggery.

      • JMPEsq

Confidentiality? Notice that in the affidavit, the baby's name is redacted; yet the author of the "we're bein' persemacuted" article repeatedly states it.

  • Monsieur_Grumpe

Strange, I would have placed him as an A-Team kind-of-a-guy.

    • JMPEsq

No; the A-Team had Mr. T, a big tough and kind of scary heroic black guy, while the Dukes had a car called the General Lee with a confederate flag on the roof and doors. Which do you think the teabaggers would prefer?

  • BrentKockman

Hank, Jr., is my favourite of the three, actually. Part of it is spite toward my father, who quite enjoys the gravelly tones of Hank, Sr., but even more than that, my disaffection for the sceneasta conceit of "if it sounds old, it's better" to which Hank III is prone.

Hank, Jr., being loud & glitzy doesn't hurt, either. I mean, I am from the same town as Liberace. (Not Vegas.)

those dumbfuck tea-party numb-nuts dupes. drinking their own piss, swallowing their own shit. they post the first page of the motion for change of venue right there at the beginning of their ill-considered hissy fit, right where anyone can mouse-click on it and see the part that says, "The Rochester District Office of DCYF and the Rochester Family Court has [sic] been involved for approximately 21 months with this family in a case involving two children of Stephanie Taylor; neglect petitions were filed on January 7, 2009 [!] and a Termination of Parental Rights trial was recently concluded as to these two children and the parties await an order on that matter."

huh, wonder which way that's gonna go.

    • InfoWars_dotcom

The Democratic Party evolved from Anti-Federalist factions that opposed the fiscal policies of Alexander Hamilton in the early 1790s. Thomas Jefferson and James Madison organized these factions into the Democratic-Republican Party. The party favored states' rights and strict adherence to the Constitution; it opposed a national bank and wealthy, moneyed interests.

  • Monsieur_Grumpe

From the Oaf Keeepers web site. No birth certificates!
If you haven’t already been coerced to acquiesce to their registration of your child, DON’T DO IT!

No birth Certificates! They grant co-ownership to the State and relinquish parental rights to State statute.

If you have already applied for a Birth Certificate then I wouldn’t know of any “legal” remedies, though our 2nd amendment protects a “Lawful” one.

Good luck to you and your child(ren)!

Co-ownership? Are they slave trading now?

    • doxastic

Good luck appealing to the 2nd amendment when you can't prove your citizenship: FALE

  • OkieDokieDog

They'll probably get those kids back, and then when one of the lil tykes blows the head off the other with daddy's gun, the child protection services will have to explain just why that happened – and it will all be Obama's fault.

  • JoshuaNorton

Raise your hand if you actually believe that these two are being persecuted just because they're teabaggers.

Now, those of you with your hands in the air, please smack yourselves in the back of the head for being so stupid.

    Thank you.

  • Ducksworthy

Earlier this week we learned that the Teabaggers have identified the constitutional threat posed by the Human Society's efforts to shut down puppy mills. It was only a matter of time before they discovered the grave threat posed by Child Protective Services and their unconstitutional efforts to prevent child abuse.

  • elpinche

Can Big Government take away Palin's baby miracles and put them in FEMA camps ?? I can pay more taxes , fuck it.

  • harry_palmer

His interests are: facebook, the Constitution, the second amendment, the bill of rights, martial arts, guns, the Dukes of Hazard, and the bible.

Let's break this down. Facebook = looking for hookups on the downlow with chicks he knew before he dropped out of high school. The Constitution = he has multiple arrests and is a budding jailhouse lawyer, 2nd amendment means he has unregistered guns as well that the gov't shouldn't have any business regulating. The bill of rights means he conceals meth making equipment in the trailer and is rabidly anti-unreasonable search and seizure. Martial arts means he probably slaps the little pregnant truck-nutz zlovin Ms not-his-last-name around. Guns = bitter inner rage and feelings of inferiority. The Dukes of Hazard means although he's from the North but there's a rebel flag flapping over his double-wide. .The Bible means God hates all the same people he does.

  • JMPEsq

Does anyone else find it ironic that a member of an American equivalent of the brown shirts is quoting the "First they came for the…" poem? Especially considering how they feel about communists, trade unionists and Jews.

  • PhilippePetain

  • Lascauxcaveman

Dude's *not* a member of a militia? Sorry, buddy, the second amendment doesn't apply to you. Just read it Have someone read it to you.

  • I'd like to show some Tea Baggers this story but without the picture of the high-class couple, and change the location to the Bronx, and listen to them snicker about welfare babies and unmarried 22-year-olds with three kids and fathers who don't respect court orders and the law and claim they work for a peaceful group like ACORN when we all know ZOMG ACORN/BLACK PANTHERS/KENYAN MARXIST, and how they don't want their tax dollars going to support some high-school dropouts in the Bronx who don't know from birth control. Then I would say ha ha, just kidding, the couple in this story is white and live in New Hampshire. Then I would duck behind a wall to avoid getting splattered with the blood and brain matter being expelled by their exploding heads.

  • Mort_Sinclair

We don't call it New Hampster for nuthin'.

  • Have the Teatards officially declared war against the US yet? Because I'm really looking forward to collecting medals for killing bunches of them with my liberal gun and liberating their sister-wife-daughters from the compounds.

    • PhilippePetain

Hey, that's an upside to the whole thing that I never really thought of; harems full of liberated drawling, simple, barefoot and pregnant former teabagger wives. They will learn to love me.

      That's something worth fighting for!

    • GunTotingProgressive

It is a bit comical that the `baggers assume that THEY are the only ones with guns. I think it might come as a very unpleasant surprise to them when they start receiving return fire.

      • transfatz

There will be no time for surprise here. Accurate fire.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but surely it's the state government that takes away your baby, not the federal one? Teabaggers are against 'expanding' federal government powers, not state ones, surely?

Full disclosure: I used to love Dukes of Hazard when I was younger.

    • Lascauxcaveman

Given that the one leader is in jail awaiting trial for raping children currently, I am not sure if belonging to the Oath Keepers is any different from a more militant version of NAMBLA. Other than the obvious racism anyway.

  • Naked_Bunny

I don't see anything in the Constitution about a "right to keep your babies", so what's the problem? Do they want activist judges inventing these unenumerated rights?

  • slappypaddy

here we go. got a couple minutes here at the office to hop on the web-u-lator and scope out new hampshire courts, etc.

as much as i would like to be pedantic and quote the relevant portions of the law, i will rein myself in and stick to posting the link, so anyone who wants to can go see the "Protocols Relative to Abuse and Neglect Cases and Permanency." oddly enough, the protocols show no interest in matters of parental opinions regarding free speech, free association, and having guns. they appear to be more concerned with matters of parental abandonment, neglect, abuse, mental illness, rape, murder, incarceration, and pimping.

    • deanbooth

But is there a "likes Dukes of Hazard" clause?

  • zcflint05

Yea, and I'm sure all these teabaggers would be going ga-ga for this couple after they realized that she's a 22 year old mother with three children now–I bet she uses all those "entitlement" programs like WIC, Food Stamps, et al. The poor, apparently, are only good for the GOP when they need them.

    • Hell, everybody know it only the blakz and the brownz that use and abuse guvment welfare. All the whitz work hard for what they got.

  • Amaravilha

I don't know which part is more patriotic…

    1. The fact that the author, with "experience as a criminal defense lawyer in small town Montana" relies on Wikipedia to explain what Brandenburg v. Ohio says.

    2. The idea that the baby daddy "has helped organize meetings around his home town in New Hampshire for over a year, but as far as we are aware is not an official part of the organization." (FREELANCE COMMUNITY ORGANIZING!!!!! KINDA LIKE BEING a MAYOR, but without The RESPONDSTIBILITIES!!!!!)

    3. The ongoing War on capitalization.

Following Tea Party logic, my tentative verdict is Both.

  • Stacee

I'll bet my remaining 3 teeth that Obama has little Baby Oath Keeper in a FEMA camp right now.

So are all Constitution experts inner bred gun loving child abusing knuckle draggers? I predict a lot more messy sex and shoot outs at our leading Universitiy law schools.

  • kbillar

Wow, is this some of that "innocent until proven guilty" and open mindedness that the left claims to embrace? Nah, it is just the same old, same old vitriolic hate. Sweet Jesus on a pogo stick, how many "Teabaggers" can you fit into one article? Every time I hear that word I just picture a bigot screaming it while foaming at the mouth. How low can the left go? I thought the neocons had a monopoly on this kind of sick behavior, but as it turns out the left has it in them as well. They were just waiting for the right time to use it. These people had their baby taken from them, I can't even begin to imagine what that feels like and instead of giving them the benefit of the doubt (innocent until proven guilty), you dehumanize them, all because they do not share the same political beliefs as you. I really hope karma is real.

    • metamarcisf

David Nolan called. He'd like his rocket launchers returned. All of them.

    • Wishing bad karma on others? How un-Christian of you.

      • kbillar

Yeah, good thing I'm an atheist.

    • JMPEsq

Read the affidavit again – they've already had the trial for neglect and been proven guilty.

      • mumbly_joe

But you forgot, these here people are white, which means they're innocent until proven guilty, and actually, even after they're proven guilty, too, just because.

Now, if they were brown and urban instead of white and rural, they'd be welfare royalty popping out babies just for the welfare checks. Oh, and could you fucking imagine the shitstorm it'd kick up if the dusky father were also a left-wing radical or Black Nationalist?

"Wow, is this some of that "innocent until proven guilty" and open mindedness that the left claims to embrace"

My favorite flavor of irony. Wonder what could have been "proven" in that hearing to terminate parental rights? TEABAG SEZ: NOTHIN!

Bonus points for wailing about bigotry while using the oh-so-specific and not-at-all generalizing term "the left" (yes, all of them… wait, all of us… wait, all of who…?) to accuse everyone posting here of terrible crimes against fairness. WHY WON'T LIBTARDS JUST ACCEPT THE MITIGATING WORDS OF POLITICAL OPPORTUNISTS!?

      *Karma shiv*

    • CapnFatback

how many "Teabaggers" can you fit into one article? Every time I hear that word I just picture a bigot screaming it while foaming at the mouth.

That was no bigot; that was your "bottom."

If you do it right, there shouldn't be any foam.

I thought the neocons had a monopoly on this kind of sick behavior, but as it turns out the left has it in them as well. They were just waiting for the right time to use it.

It was really, really difficult to restrain ourselves through eight years of policy of intense cultural hegemony and runaway capitalism; luckily, we held out until an Astroturfed right-wing movement chose to co-opt a case of domestic battery and negligence into their cause. Make no mistake: we are PROS.

How low can the left go?

No secret, Smedly; you keep bearing left, you'll head up on top again.

By the 'blood of patriots' we have committed genocide and imperialism. What we really need is an organization titled 'Sanity-keepers.'

  • Blendergoathead

Not to be too cynical and vicious, but I hope they didn't pay their "fire engine" fee, and someone falls asleep with a burning cigarette in the bed. Tonight would be good.

    • el_donaldo

crack pipe, burner left going in the meth lab … once all the children are out of the trailer, let's hope nature and natural selection do their job.

    • rhayader27510

Yeah! Entire families burning up in a fire! Freaking hilarious.

  • TesseractMan

Oh my god – this is the first time I've seen this site. I came across it while looking for information about this case, and at first I thought they actually meant what they were saying here. I predict a lot more time spent on this site.

Over 100 monolithically hateful comments. Reason online is showcasing all of the commenters good work as an example of how the right is correct about the left.

    Good job

Look at the NEW LEFT–a bunch of giggling ninnies full of frightened men and bitter women. Oh, what a departure from the antiwar, anti-fascist movement of the 60's and 70's. Now it's time to use your 'indoor voice' and rat out your neighbors if they might have a scary flag waving on their front porch.

They'd rather get their giggling points from Jon Stewart and attend a "Rally to Restore Sanity" to mock the teabaggers. Ridicule is so much more fun than taking to the streets and voicing their outrage at bankers foreclosing on peoples homes while their executives reep million dollar bonuses. Snickering at stupid costumes teabaggers wear is so much more constructive than demanding an end to these unnecessary wars.

    • Taking to the streets to express outrage is much easier than going to local political meetings and doing some of the work, reading good news sources, paying taxes to responsibly support our country, and building common purpose with members of your community. Tea Bagging is the laziest form of activism ever. But go ahead, I'm sure your colonial cosplay will really make America a better place. Sorry to feed the troll.

    • Oh, I'm sorry. What we meant to say was "Fuck you."

  • badseeds

It's in the Concord Monitor. Really:

Amanda Biondolillo, a Concord woman who came with her young daughter, said she didn't think the state should get involved in family issues at all, even if there is reason to suspect abuse.

"The family should be left to resolve it on their own," Biondolillo said. "Or private enterprise – private companies can contact the family and say, 'We heard you were hitting your kids. Can you stop that?' "

    I, uh, well . . .

She seems to be offering 'Free Baby Cheyenne' on her page now? Now any true Christian Warrior would want to let the marketplace set the kid's price on QVN or EBay or some such… RIGHT? Never mind… I doubt the people here at Wonkette are intelligent or honest enough to accept sarcasm. Pointing out how hateful and intolerant you are would just get the post banned.

    • CapnFatback

Haven't you heard? We're vitriolic, elitist bigots. We neither understand nor accept your "sarcasm," and WE NEVER WILL.

  • rhayader27510

Glad to see you guys are all having such a good time joking around about a family being broken up. I'm sure the people involved, especially the little kids, find a lot of charm in the white trashiness of it all too. Anybody have a link to the "destruction of lower-class poor families" RSS feed so I don't need to click through to find a good laugh?

    • el_donaldo

      You're on the wrong site.

No one's laughing at the kids being taken away. That's in all likelihood very, very good thing, and we should all just be happy that someone was paying attention. We're laughing at the dumbshits who think that this justifies and aggrandizes their paranoia and legitimizes their ignorance and violent rhetoric. Jeez.

      • rhayader27510

The comments thread is crammed full of classist white trash jokes (NASCAR! Meth Labs! Double-Wides!!) making light of what I'm sure is a tragic situation for the people involved. If there was a legitimate need to remove the kids, I don't see how it becomes any more humorous. If you're looking for paranoia and ignorance, this post and comment thread is a good place to start.

I lost my shaming finger in a terrible fingerwagging accident years ago. It is refreshing to see someone using the full force of their God-given tsk-tskers to such a positive result! SHAME ON, GUILT WARRIOR!

I am glad there are still people out there willing to stand strong with child abusers, drug users, welfare recipients, simply because those awful people mirror their political beliefs! So refreshing.

    • I feel very sorry for the children, but seriously, what family? They aren't married. The two other children have already been taken away because the the two of them were deemed unfit parents. Now, the youngest has been taken away as well. There is no family here, never was. Just two immature individual popping out kids because they are too stupid to use contraception.

  • Sheesko

The teabagger website to which Wonkette's patriotic alert connects admits "Yes, there are other, very serious allegations." But thank Jeebus, they were sober enough to add, "Out of respect for the privacy of the parents, we will not publish the affidavit." Oh that pesky Truth. Can't let that get out or before you know it, there'll be Civilization.

  • Sheesko

Actual news source has picked up the story, adding a few of the pesky facts missing from the teabag version:

Domestic violence is on their list of "likes"

  • horsedreamer_1

Without naming names — I am legally obligated not to — I will say this is all too common among those my age, & a bit younger. White working-class kids, marginally educated (most having gotten thru high-school, barely), who favour wanton sexual behavior & illicit drugs use, but think themselves superior for being white & from a bedroom community (not the evil, evil city, where blacks & illegal Mexicans live), are the norm. I knew them well. In fact, the comedy partner of the kid in my 10th grade English class (Accelerated English, mind you; weighted class) who was cracking fried chicken & watermelon jokes on the day of the Million Man March, why, that guy ended up living in sin with a girl with five kids (three of them by the acquaintance of mine?) by age 26, & all of them eligible for & receiving foodstamps & state health insurance.

Meanwhile, I don't know what happened to his somewhat more intelligent friend, the fellow from my English class. Fittingly, though, he does share a pronunciation, if not spelling, with a stand-up comedian who went full retard after 9/11.

  • Everyone be sure to thank Reason for sending all these lovely trolls to this thread. Apparently Brian Doherty does not understand the concepts of satire and sarcasm. Brian, I liked you much better in Presumed Innocent.

    • kbillar

Do me a small favor. Reread the article and replace the word "Teabagger" with the word "Ni**er". Then come back and tell me it satire and sarcasm that is all in good fun.

      • Do me a small favor. Think about the innumerable times the "n" word has been used to dehumanize an entire race of people over the last few hundred years versus the way the word Teabagger (or "t" word if you prefer) has been used to describe a political movement that has only gotten particularly vocal in the last 18 months. And has no racial bias, as we keep being reminded over and over and over and over.

I'm not into identity politics but if you want to compare the suffering of Teabaggers being laughed at for their overwrought fears versus the systemic and institutionalized bias against blacks that has been a stain on this country's soul since the first Africans were hauled off a boat at Jamestown, I'll take on that argument every time. Hell, the Teabaggers have more of a voice in government than blacks had for hundreds of years, even after the 15th Amendment was ratified in 1870. But good luck with your crusade for sympathy.

        • kbillar

Nice try, but still a big FAIL. Bigotry is bigotry. Dehumanization is dehumanization. If you want to keep up with this disgusting behavior, by all means please do. It is just making people disgusted with the left. You can make all the excuses in the world for it, but it is what it is. This article and the comments prove that the left can be just as sick as the right in showing bigotry to the poor (as long as they are considered "white trash"). Another question, do you honestly think others outside of your liberal bubble are reacting well to this behavior? Because I can tell you, you are not painting a good picture for yourselves.

          • Ducksworthy

Bigotry presumes that those targeted belong to some distinguishable group are generally they belong to that group by accident of birth rather than by their actions. Henceforth, I shall refrain from using the word teabaggers and just substitute the word Trigs. So its clear I'm being bigoted against them by reason of their accidents of birth rather than say their pathetic hypocritical and ignorant actions.

  • bigbobby76

Wow just stumbled onto this ridiculous site, sounds like a bunch of twenty-somethings that are unemployed and sit in their "mommas" basement playing on the computer all day. How is that hope and change working for ya? You constantly want to bash the TEA PARTY movement because you are afraid and you do not understand it. It is getting so much attention because we are kicking the career politicians out of office and there is nothing you can do to stop it. You are wanting people that oppose your ideas to be silenced but we allow you to continue your senseless/ perverse banter. BTW I own guns and I will not give them up and I dont recognize the govt, I dare them to come and try and take my children– go google Ruby Ridge, you little snot nosed punks may learn something.

    • CapnFatback

Let's give the Insulting Retort Wheel a spin, shall we?

"Many of us own guns, too, and they have been sitting in your momma's 'basement' all night."

  • GOPCrusher

Geez, I always miss out on all the trolls.
But seriously, Oath Keepers should be considered the militant arm of the Tea Bagger Movement.
These are the people that worship Timothy McVeigh and Eric Rudolph as folk heroes.

  • didumean2saythat

The Oath Keeper's website is compelling, and their beliefs are backed by numerous sources, including one U.S. Supreme Court case AND Wikipedia…rendering the government's arguments invalid. Next!

The website is only compelling to people that feel that the U.N. are flying black helicopters in American airspace and the Bilderberg Group control everything.

I find it odd anyone would make fun of this. If you want to hear interviews with Mr. Irish, you should check out this link:…. It's from the Alex Jones YouTube channel. You can hear Mr. Irish talking about what happened. He doesn't sound like a racist, nor a "slack jawed" New Hampshire resident. You have to understand, for a growing number of people, this has nothing to do with the current president. Or even the last president. Don't stand divided over petty quibbles. Our government is and has been run by international corporate and financial issues for a long time. Money and power and control are just as much a Republican thing, as a Democrat thing. Regardless of your individual views on politics, the constitution is a safeguard against the monopolies of power and money. Remember this. .

  • franklin555

United States politics is a stage and it is worthless. The more you align yourself with one party or ideology over another, the easier your opinions can be swayed one way or the other. As I said, listen to the whole link above. Search Jonathan Irish on YouTube and you can see how the police handled his protest in front of the hospital. On a side note, as of this writing, this has been the only mention of this news story outside of that I have seen. Oddly, the fact that Mr. Irish has had his daughter taken for his own political beliefs isn't looked at as repugnant and disgusting on this website and from these comments. I hope everyone that has posted and the author will be well and think about what I've just written. Remember, just because certain members of the Oathkeeper's may be racist, which is something I have yet to have encountered, does not mean the Oathkeeper movement is a racist group. Go to their website and read their Ten Core Beliefs. That's like saying that because certain members of the Democratic Party, or the Republican Party are racists, does not make those to groups racist groups. Thank you.

This story has taken a pretty heavy turn, and I'd have all you that mock this struggling family know that it's looking like THE BABY WAS PROBABLY RAPED in the care of either the CPS or of the foster family it went to. Baby Cheyanne is being seen by a sexual assault specialist this afternoon after CPS, in the presence of the family, found BLOOD seeping from the newborn's private areas. The deputy is reportedly interviewing the foster family today. MOCK AWAY YOU SICKOS – THE GOVT KNOWS WHAT'S BEST RIGHT? I'm really starting to wonder if this is the soft of banter one would hear in Nazi Germany before the fit hit the shan.
