At one time, Kentucky U.S. Senate candidate Rand Paul was the hero of Teabaggers everywhere, but now they are sad and (wait for it) angry that he has accepted campaign contributions from people at a fundraiser IN WASHINGTON, DC, OF ALL PLACES. How could he go there and do that to us? Rand Paul is obviously not a TRUE Teabagger. But how is it possible that Teabaggers, who are smart enough to know exactly how to fix our government, could be duped by this doctor man? They don’t know, but they are hurt.
David Roos, a retired minister in Murray who has been active in the Tea Party movement, said it didn’t escape notice in his circle that Paul had, as he put it, “capitulated to the establishment.”
Oh no!
But Roos said the incident isn’t enough to drive conservative voters away from Paul. They don’t see [Democratic nominee Jack] Conway as a viable alternative because he is more liberal, so the choice is to vote for Paul or stay home, he said.
Oh no!
“Most of us will support him in spite of that. We’ll take 80 percent of a loaf rather than none,” Roos said. “We’ll probably have to hold our noses.”
Probably. You will probably have to eat the Rand Paul bread in this weird ministerial analogy. It’s probably moldy, so that’s why you just eat 80 percent.
Meanwhile, Rand Paul’s people are assuring Teabaggers that when they took these people’s money, they told them they wouldn’t follow these people and their evil statist beliefs. Though apparently big Republican donors in D.C. are stupid and can’t understand Rand Paul’s commitment to the cause.
RIIIIIIGHT.
But perhaps Teabaggers won’t allow Rand Paul to continue to be the Republican candidate. These people are not prone to violence of course, but perhaps they could buy a gun and shoot it just this once? If, God forbid, something were to happen to Rand Paul, the Republican party would certainly nominate this Teabagger retired minister or one of his Teabagger friends to U.S. Senate, because they are very important, especially when compared to Republican donors in D.C. My Vote Gun is locked and loaded, I am armed and dangerous.
Just like a teabagger to “take 80% of the loaf” and then claim there was no sex. In their world, actually “having sex” requires the teabagger to take the whole baguette.
Rand should whittle down his support among the Bagger crowd even further, to say 54.4%. Then he could go out and scream, “Fifty Four Forty or Fight!”
Why is he not wearing scrubs in that photo??
There’s a joke in here involving the words “pinch” or “squeeze”, but I’m not going to tell it.
[re=612334]AnnieGetYourFun[/re]: Well, the Teabagger Kama Sutra describes a position known as “Capitulation to the Establishment.” As Rev. Roos explains, it involves the teabagger leaning over and taking 80% of the loaf while holding his nose. There’s obviously some pinching and squeezing involved.
How many times will this loaf be pinched?
Dr. Rand: still insane.
Mrs. Rand: still bangable.
This has been a Plainsight Politics Update (PPU).
[re=612332]El Pinche[/re]: He’s not wearing pants either.
You know, the TEA Party people are right!
They funded those candidates themselves!
They got all those audiovisual materials together themselves! Like “Coach” on Glenn Beck, they never took a single penny from anyone. They don’t sell out! They rented those halls themselves!
They are and have always been a spontaneous grass roots development of democracy that spontaneously occurred in February 2009 with a motto entitled Taxed Enough Already and a complete brochure printed and corporate sponsors for the coverage by Fox.
Everyone’s got buyer’s remorse when it comes to pols even with regards to Hopey/Plugz. However, tea-tards seem to act more like spoiled brats who pitch a shit fit when something goes only 0.5% not their way. They actually remind me more of the asshole customers you see at malls everywhere who won’t cut anyone slack and are a pain in the ass so that one can sell them a single pair of no stretch camo track pants.
BTW Teabaggers are always angry. I’m betting that they even take angry shits complete with grunting and exhortations to free their shit from the tyranny of the rectum. On the other hand it could be due to the lack of fiber and fresh vegs/fruits in their diet, too but I don’t know for sure.
Whoops! Forgot to update on the two Pepsi glasses! What was I thinking!
Two glasses of Pepsi: still drinkable, now somewhat flat.

How much Claviceps Purpurea in in that 80% of a loaf?
I’m sure a movement that is blindly devoted to ideological purity (of what kind, we don’t know) will have no problem compromising their road rage — er, “true constitutional principles.”
This completely disregards the cleaning powers of Rand. With one hand he takes the money, the dirty, dirty money. This he passes from one hand to the other. Now with the other hand, he puts this money in his wallet. Because Rand’s mind is clean, and it is with clean thoughts that his mind directs his hands, the money is now clean.
Ah, it’s great to see the Teabaggers tearing down the very man they built up. When these guys demand 100% purity from their candidates, it’s inevitable that they will disappointed eventually; even by a fellow certified lunatic (that’s certified not by the American Psychiatric Association, but by the Psychiatric Association of America, an organization I just made up) like Paul.
“Most of us will support him in spite of that.”
So, Rand Paul still enjoys the support of Teabaggers under Roos?
Anyone who’s seen Rand naked can attest that he is indeed a true teabagger.
David Roos…said it didn’t escape notice in his circle that Paul had, as he put it, “capitulated to the establishment.”
Note to Rev. Roos: when are you Teabaggers gonna stop taking money from the super-establishmently rich Koch family? Until then, STFU about pore ole Rand Paul, who is only peddling the ass God gave him, just like you.
“How is it possible that Teabaggers could be duped by this doctor man?”
He’s not even a doctor. He just runs his own accreditation firm that says he’s a doctor, along with 3 or 4 of his fake doctor friends.
So the Teabags were duped by a fake doctor? That’s unpossible!

Spoken like one in the know. Way to take one for the team.
[re=612352]edgydrifter[/re]: “Why can’t my right hand give my left hand money?–My right hand can put money into my left hand. My right hand can write a deed of gift, and my left hand a receipt….When the left hand has taken money from the right, etc., we shall ask: “Well, and what of it?”–Wittgenstein, PI 265.
Yes, and what of it?
[re=612354]JMP[/re]: Thanks for pushing that fraud/board-certified meme.
[re=612357]sezme[/re]: I’m guessing that blond is a teabagger too!
As the great Leo Tolstoy said, there is only one way to be a Republican, but there are an infinite number of ways to be a teabagger. The disappointment comes in when the all-or-nothing teabaggers decide that a teabagger candidate is just like them, then find out he’s not — but they then continue to vote Republican. To show how independent they are.
[re=612387]SayItWithWookies[/re]: It is kind of ironic to get demands for ideological purity from a movement that has no real consistent, coherent ideology beyond “we no like a darkie in the White House”.
[re=612355]Extemporanus[/re]:
well played!
[re=612336]Chain Tattoo[/re]: Hahahahaha, that’s comedy gold right there.
Everyone knows teabaggers can’t lean over.
How can a Movement that is funded by Faux Noise and Freedom Works be butt hurt over Rand Paul accepting campaign contributions?
How’s that grassroots thingy working out for you, and awhlso?
[re=612354]JMP[/re]: What these clowns want is to bring the Cultural Revolution over here along with all the other chinese crap thy buy. Mao Tse Tung, Mao Tse Tung, Mao Tse Tung …………….
I guess these clowns think their personal Santa Claus, Dick Armey, gets his money from … the army?
If he got elected he would have to spend some time in D.C. where he would get the ‘Beltway Taint’ and become less Teaish. Better to elect Real ‘Murkan Mavericks but have them vote and speechify via the interwebz, whilst being watched by a local cadre of True Patriots.
[re=612476]chascates[/re]: Wouldn’t a judicious application of talcum powder protect him from ‘beltway taint’? I know it’s humid down there in the swampland, but there has to be a Walgreens or something.
