Baseball manager Bobby Cox of the Atlanta Braves is finally retiring at the end of this year, after winning so many baseball games. He came to Capitol Hill on Tuesday for a reception, with cake, thrown by Sens. Rockefeller and Isakson. (Rockefeller doesn't even represent Georgia!
