I looked at the Heritage site and … geeze … why am I not surprised to find the speaker will be John Bolton?

Not a day goes by that President Reagan doesn’t call up the White House and prattle on and on about the Law of the Sea Treaty and what it means to US sovereignty. Then again, since the Heritage Foundation is presenting John Bolton, the throbbing hemorrhoid of the conservative movement in foreign policy, such blatant historical revisionism is just setting the mood for what’s to come.
