He was under protective order not to shoot her? I thought that goes without saying.
During court testimony in March, Ross alleged that Nunn struck her four times in the face Feb. 17 and threw her against a hallway lamp, breaking it. She said he then threw a cup of bourbon in her face.
But Nunn said Ross blocked his path to prevent him from leaving her apartment.
Nunn said he “struggled” for 20 minutes to reach the stairs. He described Ross as “stocky and strong like a bull” because she worked out with a personal trainer twice a week.

Nunn was simply unclear on the rules. Nobody ever told him it was illegal for Republicans to shoot people. It’s a pretty common misconception.

I’m sure there’s a perfectly reasonable explanation for all this that doesn’t involve him shooting her and then shooting himself. Although that would explain things pretty well.

Is it just me or does the photo indicate a rosy, drunkard’s glow? The restraint story indicated that he was a Bourbon-tosser, and you’d have to be quite sauced not to know how lousy you are at self-inflicted shooting.
