Friday, September 11 through Thursday, September 17: Little movies that could will be featured at the DC Shorts Film Festival. The Festival features 100 films, ranging from 1 minute to 20 minutes. We kid you not, the stadium is hosting a FREE simulcast of the opening night performance ofThe Barber of Seville. It's "Opera in the Outfield," and it should be way less lame than its title. Free.
