Fire and EMS spokesman Pete Piringer says. Channel 7 reports the man was shot by a U.S. Capitol Police officer.” [WTOP]

MGBYG: My small-time crime days are long behind me. I did once narrowly avoid federal charges, 5 years mandatory each count. I did have to pay a rather hefty amount of restitution, but my probation ended once I’d paid up. Back on topic my uh, indiscretions, didn’t involve waiting for Austin cops to shoot a brown kid in the back and then claim self-defense, thereby leaving white Austin defenseless. My crimes were mostly impersonal, usually involving phones & PCs.
