They have a point, but in the last 30+ years the banks have been actively meddling in public affairs mostly to the detriment of the public (see Phil Gramm), and the fact that BoA took public money to keep its execs in hookers and blow while fucking over the public.
I can see how Zimbabwe could confuse explosive diarrhea with an American plot.
The only way the Bush administration could’ve started a cholera epidemic in Zimbabwe is if they’d been trying to give them measles instead. On the other hand, African kids are now getting high on AIDS antiretrovirals — talk about unintended consequences:
