I saw maybe of total of five minutes and what I learned was: Obama had two Pakistani roommates, Obama visited Pakistan with one of them, Obama could not remember his exact addresses from when he was at Columbia (this was the best one because I graduated from college in 2007 and can remember maybe one of my addresses, so clearly I am a terrorist), Obama moved a lot in college, and Obama did not have many close friends in New York. Somehow they made each and every one of these things sound like a terrorist act. I am pretty sure Fox is actually brainwashing people. Yes, McCain said his bit during the rally, but I don’t think it was enough, and I don’t think it was soon enough. The fires have been lit and fanned. The thing is, I don’t think this is going to help them get votes, the audience they are reaching with this stuff is going to vote for him (or more likely Palin) regardless, and I think it’s turning off a lot of the independents.
