Keith Olbermann had this photo last night, but with Bush holding the flag backward, not upside down. Are you sure this isn’t photoshopped?
…unfortunately I’m going to have to defend “W” on this one. This photo is photoshopped the real pic has the flag backward not upside down. Now someone poor me a mug of whiskey while I look for the sleeping pills.

Every sailor knows that an upside-down American flag is a signal for “SOS”, which is why we should have been flying it that way for the last eight years.
