The mouth-breathers in charge of GOP.com, the RNC’s hilarious website, still have this ticker proudly displayed front-and-center on their homepage. While Barack Obama has still not agreed to McCain’s series of 12,000 town hall duels, he is in Baghdad right now, which we believe is in Iraq, so this counter on the left should probably be at zero. Or is this whole trip a green-screened conspiracy, like 9/11, which Barack Obama also planned? Why is Barack Obama inventing 9/11 trips today? [GOP.com]

Purely from a professional view - that GOP website is the ugliest thing I’ve seen in a while. It’s so full of junk I wouldn’t be surprised if they forgot they had those banners up.

V572625694: Flying Chain Saw is probably over at CynicsParty.com, which was formed, oh, about a year ago when a bunch of us got pissed off at Wonkette which, of course, happens now and again. Many of the best commenters went, including Prom Night Dumpster Baby and Red Man Law, but I missed the big city and besides, they’re even more obsessed with buttsecks than here, so I came crawling back.

Please. You actually think that Iraq actually exist? This whole war has been green-screened. Do you think people as smart as Bush and Cheney would kill thousands and maim tens or thousands of young Americans for no reason? I’ve always assumed that the “war” is just a bad TV show. Everyone knows the real war is the cultural war against teh gayez and Mexicans.
