I’m pretty sure neither/other refers to people to have made up their mind not to support Obama or McCain, undecided means pretty much what it sounds like, and the “neither Obama or McCain” is the total of both categories. That’s how I read it, anyway.
Soooo…does this mean to truly decide things, we must have Barr and Paul have a no-holds-barred Jello/mud wrestle for the ambivalent “legalize everything!” stoner/netizen nutjob vote? Serious here: Many, many, many people just don’t want to vote for Obama or McCain. They simply do not want to cast their vote for either one of these men, as many people feel they both will be just flat-out horrible, scary, disastrous presidents of the United States. It’s that simple.

Election is just another word for Least Worst Choice.
Throw in “Not Hillary” to the “Not Obama or McCain” mix, and that sums up the election for me. I fear McCain, went from tolerate-to-immensely-dislike Clinton since January, and have been consistently ambivalent about Obama but will vote for him because he’s NotBush.
But I was really hoping for better choices.
