Those wacky contrarians at Slate have produced an 8-minute video summarizing the Democratic nomination fight. Ah yes, we remember that “thing.” Ha ha, no we don’t. But still, two complaints: (1) They forgot Hamas Waffles — “Lemme eat my waffle,” the guy said — and (2) they forgot Hamas Waffles, still. [Slate]
Obama should immediately denounce Slate for being sexist and misogynist and reporting that Hillary lost. Hillary did not lose. She won. She WOOOOOOOOON!!!
That new Battlestar Galactica is a pretty good TV show.

Ah Slate, home of the 8 minutes viral video narrated by the guy who sat behind me in my high school chemistry class.
They could have cut it back to about 30 seconds: start with 25 seconds of the commentariat proclaiming in advance that “Hillaryous has a lock on this nomination…. it’s a coronation… no point in the others even showing up…. why even bother having a primary this time around?” and then jump cut to Hopey declaring: “Tonight I can tell you that I will be the Democratic nominee for the President of the United States.”
Better, cheaper, faster. With fewer bad flashbacks for all involved.
