Bruce Barclay, the ex-commissioner of Pennslvyania’s Cumberland County, has shut down his website (at least for many of us) now that every knows he has had taped spy-sex with 100-500 male prostitutes from Harrisburg’s frat scene (plus Karl Rove and “The Rock”).
