Ha ha, it turns out that Hillary Clinton even lies with her lying about her harrowing overseas adventures. First she says she once ran screaming through the streets of Tuzla smeared with the blood of Bosnian snipers as she singlehandedly brought peace to Northern Ireland; then she says she was the first president's wife to visit a war zone since Eleanor Roosevelt. Wrong again, Pantsuit! That honor goes to Pat Nixon, who visited Vietnam with Sinbad way back in 1969.
According to her biography, Mrs. Nixon went to South Vietnam and had tea with the President's wife. She also visited an orphanage and a hospital.
The [July 1969 South Vietnam] visit marked the first time that a First Lady had been in a combat zone, although another First Lady, Eleanor Roosevelt, had also visited troops on her numerous travels to England and throughout the South Pacific, Australia, and New Zealand during World War II.
Burn! Hillary Rodham Clinton is totally burnt, by the lady whose husband was loved only by his cocker spaniel and who once called her "a wonderful stenographer."

OK, I just want to note that a "misstatement" is "I was there Tuesday", when I was, in fact, there Wednesday. Or that there were 1000 people there when there were in fact 1500 or 500. What HIllz did is MAKE SHIT UP. This is James-Frey-memoir-class BS.
And she is trying to divert attention by harping on what Obama's preacher said, which a whole lot of people agree with. Plus, she has now dedicded, when she has to go to working class Pennsylvania, to paint Obama as the radical, scary, Black liberal guy, when she was the liberal a few months ago when that served her purposes.
She is far worse than Ashley Alexandra/Kristen, because at least AA/K i shonest about what she is and what she does and asks up front "Ok, baby, who do you want me to be for you today?" when she takes your money. Hillz just pretends that is not what she is doing.

Little known fact. While she was there, Pat Nixon also lead the surge that broke the back of the NVA at the siege of Khe Sahn. After being married for years to Nixon, she said combat in Vietnam was a relitively serene experience.
But, like many Americans at the time, Pat was fleeing Richard Nixon, so it shouldn't count.
Good thing they can fix that adam's apple nowadays. It's a dead give-a-way. Of course this doesn't help Pat at all.

When I saw at the bottom of this post that it was from a blog called 'the New Nixon', I figured it was devoted to Hillary (but I wrong).

Ok. After reading this article on Hillary's association with The Family/Fellowship (and this and this), my knees buckled and I momentarily genuflected to our new Clintonian Overlords. I thought that maybe my Jesus and I would have to form a Unicornitopia somewhere in the US Virgin Islands but then I reasoned that if he's winning, doesn't that mean he's part of some more secretive and powerful ubercult?

@queeraselvis: you know, nonfiction writing is so nmuch easier if you don't worry about the "truth" or "facts". I might whip off a memoir over my lunch hours this week, myself. That time I was on an international goodwill tour with Angelina and brokered peace between warring Afghani tribes comes to mind as a nice opening chapter.

I often wish I could change from an employed, financially-OK, white woman to a poor Black man just for the advantages I'd gain. I mean, these people just are not greatful for the boon they have been given. Just ask Pat Buchanan--he can tell you about it.
The most disturbing part of this story is that there is, apparently, a blog devoted to Nixon and his legacy.

@Doglessliberal: Except James Frey was a drug addict that exaggerated his perils as a drug addict to sell books. Clinton is a politician exaggerating her experience when experience is the basis of her campaign-- while running for the most powerful position in the world.
While they both exaggerate, I think there should be a little more outrage over Clinton that Frey. But those same women that returned their books to Amazon in anger after finding out that Frey exaggerated are supporting Clinton and saying that Obama lied about being a Professor when he was simply a lecturer (or a professor).

That headline is misleading. It's not the millionth, only the fifth or sixth. And it's not a lie if you truly believe in your heart that it is true; hence, it's a mere embellishment, not an outright fabrication.
And the good people of Pennsyltucky will reward her experience of honesty with a forty point trouncing over the Black Islamo-dude. So, quit changing the subject from the topics that are near and dear to the hearts of Pennsyltuckians everwhere because they'll see through the smoke and mirrors employed by the Hussein-Rezko ticket in their failed attempt to thwart democracy.

Isn't it just beautiful there in Northwest Philly? There's no place like it. But it's important to note new numbers of Hillary 'supporters' who say they won't vote for Obama -it's rising rapidly and now stands at 37%- in comparison to what Obama supporters think of Hillary.
I now deem that number to be the new HATE METER for the country.
