Mike Huckabee, In Close Discussions With Ego, Determines That Ego Does Not Like Campaigning
Last night, a saddened Mike Huckabee gathered with reporters and shared the contents of some private conversations he has had recently with his ego. "My ego doesn't enjoy getting these kind of evenings where we don't win the primary elections," he admitted. His ego has not enjoyed many evenings this month.
The lovable Christian conservative alternative to cranky old secularist John McCain also seemed to compare his own campaign to the battle of the Alamo. He said "there's a lot of history [at the Alamo], a lot of history of courage, of valor and also of people who stood by their convictions no matter what." In other words, John McCain is Mexico, as we all knew anyway from his record on immigration.
