I don’t get it. Why do Christians think they’re so much better than everyone? Muslims are not by definition evil. They are men women and children with families, loved ones, hopes, dreams, and aspirations. Terrorists simply use the Muslim faith as an excuse to perpetrate untold numbers of horrific atrocities. Yet, are all terrorists Muslim? Indeed they are not. Take the IRA(Irish Republican Army for example. They are Christians who also happen to be terrorists engaging in terrorist activities on a regular basis. Would a president with Family ties to Northern Ireland be targeted the way Obama has been? Of course not. This article is extraordinarily racist, and by saying that all Muslims are universally also terrorists, is again racially bigoted. If one opposes our president, make that opposition focus on something, RELEVANT!Focus on health-care, or over-spending or whatever the case may be. But for gosh sake, don’t attack a man because he is suspected of being a Muslim! Especially when one considers that 911 was in actuality carried out by elements of our own government. Christians really think they’re all that and a bag of chips. It’s a shame that the only part they got right is the part about there being a loving God. Most everything else has been purposeful fabrications with the aim of enslaving and dividing people so they are more easily controlled and conquered. Judge not Christians. Before, you do you should judge yourself. Are you perfect? Have you ever sinned? So then who gives you, me, or anyone else the right to slander our presidents name so blatantly?
Ok I can’t believe the person who posted this had the nerve to claim that Obama was not born because only Christians are born. How is that? I’m not a Christian so what does that mean? I just jumped out of a hole in the ground? Because I’m pretty sure I came out of my mother just like every other HUMAN-BEING. That’s the word here. Human-being! No matter what someone’s skin color is, no matter what religion he/she adhere’s or doesn’t adhere to, or if they are a man woman or child, we are all human-beings. It is not our place to judge others, nor is it our place to tell people how they should live or what they must believe in. When that starts happening(and Christianity on the whole is quite guilty of this) people become alienated from each other. Violence occurs and people start dying. I’d like to know how many Christians out there know their own history as well as I know it? I’d especially like to know how much the author of this post knows about it. Does he know that before the crusades in the 11th and 12th century, Muslims in control of the holy city allowed peoples from all faiths to live and worship within the city limits? And that Pope Urban the Second was who changed all that by calling for a crusdade to retake the Holy Land? Does he know that same Pope sanctioned the blatent genocide of scores and scores of muslim’s and that he actually claimed they would go to heaven because of it? Does he know that the true origins of the fued between East and West goes back hundreds of years before the Birth of Jesus? And that it was ther Ancient Athenians who started it all by supporting a rebellion on Persian soil and then breaking an argreement with King Darius? The way I see it, those at the top of any culture often pit their peoples against another group and try to exploit peoples natural fears of things and people they do not understand, and just like sheep being led around by a sheep dog, or like cows being led to slaughter, the mindless masses take up the “cross” and continue the hatred and bloodshed, fighting over things they do not understand. I am not Christian nor Muslim, but yes there is a God. One who loves us all regardless of sex, race, religion, or moral fortitude. Most “sins” as Christians love to call them are nothing more than poor judgement and even the ones that are not, are still part of the grand drama that we have been privilaged to take part in. It is not our place to practice hatered or promote fear. It never was our place, and it never, ever will be.
