Tonight on Hardball, Senator Joe Biden is going to endorse a Kerry-McCain ticket. And not only does the idea seem the product of some late-night sessions with the, ah, Joint Committee on Intelligence, but he sounds like he’s been to one too many: “But, you know, we need some unity here, man.” Yeah, dude, don’t bogart that nomination.Biden later asked Matthews if there were any more, like, chips and shit in the green room.
