Bill Richardson started putting the weight back on recently, which is how everyone knew he was planning on dropping out of the Presidential race. He plans to make that official some time later today. The only real question is behind whom he’ll throw his (massive) support, because it’ll either be a delicious fuck-you to a front runner or a lame attempt to pick the winner so he can get that VP/Secretary of State slot that everyone was pretty sure he was “running” for in the first place.
