A new Rasmussen Reports poll tracking likely Republican primary votes nationwide shows teh Huckbeez leading Giuliani by three percentage points, 20% to 17%. That’s a seven-point decline for Giuliani and an eight-point increase for Huck in the last week. This is not right!
