I bet Mr. Hagel feel a bit like a horse’s rump now… Impersonating the VP-Elect. Wait, Joe Biden doesn’t seem to mind that much. Maybe they should dress up as each other every year for Halloween and Christmas! On second thought, dressing up as “interesting” and responsible characters is probably a better idea.
