Yes, we know that Antonin Scalia’s daughter was arrested last night for drunk driving.
Ann S. Banaszewski, 45, was arrested in Wheaton, Illinois, and charged with DUI and child endangerment. ‘Cause she had a buncha little kids in the car. We had this whole “strict constructionist vs founders ‘intent” thing w/r/t Chicago alcohol laws but then we just got depressed.
So feel free to use the comments to make fun of a 45-year-old woman getting loaded and driving her little kids around. (In the end, of course, that’s probably not as damaging as sitting on the nation’s highest court while on the sauce.)
