Here’s Barry Hussein Obama offering his Iraq Plan: a bill that is actually binding, calling for all the troops to come home tomorrow (or by March of 2008, whichever is closer to the next election). If it passes, it’ll be fun to watch the Bush administration ignore it. Because no one in the administration actually believes the Senate has the constitutional authority to do jack shit.
