A retired professor sick of campaign mailings from her GOP congresswoman decided to send a message back: she brought some dog crap wrapped up in said mailings to the representative’s district office.
Rep. Marilyn Musgrave’s staff immediately called the cops, who tracked down Kathleen Ensz and charged her with whatever thought crime. The police actually handled the poop-covered mailer to get Ensz’ address off the thing. This happened in Colorado, where “use of a noxious substance” is a misdemeanor.
Now Ensz is in court, where her attorneys say she is only carrying on the proud political traditions of Thomas Jefferson and “Mr. Hankey” from South Park. You can contact Ms. Ensz c/o Camp X-Ray, Guantanamo Bay, Cuba.
