Steve Kagen, a Democratic representing northeast Wisconsin in the House, won a bitter campaign involving brutal attack ads and visits to the district from Karl Rove and Dick Cheney. So, naturally, when Kagen met Rove, he trapped him in the bathroom and said crazy, crazy things.

In addition, Kagen reportedly told the activists he held the door to a White House men’s room closed when he was alone with Rove.

“You’re in the White House and think you’re safe, huh?” Kagen was said to have told Rove. “You recognize me? My name’s Dr. Multimillionaire and I kicked your ass.”

He also called Laura Bush “Barbara.” Bush is lucky he made it out of those meet-and-greet receptions alive.

Also, we’re pretty sure “Dr. Multimillionaire” is a Kool Keith side project.
