You heard him right — Joe Biden is running for President! He announced it yesterday on Meet the Press to a shocked Tim Russert, who apparently hasn’t read or heard anything Biden has said in the last year.
Particularly stunning is his announced intention to “be Joe Biden,” as most analysts agree the Senator would have a better shot running as just about anyone else.
