If you can’t make it over to Nathans, you can turn on your “web browser” and watch departing SecDef and all-around pariah Donald Rumsfeld deliver his Victory Address to Kansas State University.At noon (11 central), Rummy will be delivering the “[Alf] Landon Lecture” to a room full of Kansans, and American can watch it live online. Because lord knows once he leaves his job, it will be near impossible to catch public appearances by this notoriously reclusive, shy gentleman.
