Under the Dome columnist Emily Heil took that one extra step that separates her from us, and called George Allen’s campaign about that little rumor we posted that claimed Allen’s dog’s name was Sambo.
The truth? George Allen doesn’t actually have a dog.
But she neglected to ask about the rumor we heard immediately after posting the dog one: George Allen has a cat named Buckwheat.
