Just three weeks to go, and things couldn’t be worse for the Republican Loyalists. Really, have you listened to the AM talk radio this week? We haven’t heard such gloom from that crowd since the exit polls said Kerry won in ’04.
But the GOP has a secret weapon: Democrats. Or, more specifically, Democrats who say stuff. Kentucky Democrat and congressional candidate Mike Weaver wins today’s prize for describing Republican pedophiles as “very liberal.”
Weaver’s campaign manager had to step in and explain that Weaver was “not saying liberals are pedophiles.”
