So earlier today we speculated that our pal Alan Colmes was the illicit love child of Rob Lowe and Kermit the Frog. We thought we presented some pretty strong evidence to support our case:

Looked pretty conclusive at the time. Well, we were dead wrong, and we apologize, again. As some readers pointed out, it’s obvious that Colmes isn’t at all related to Messrs. Lowe and Frog. Doesn’t look like them at all. Jimmy Smits and Jar Jar Binks, on the other hand?

Yeah, now we’re getting somewhere. Gee, apologizing is fun!
