In case you haven’t heard elsewhere (for the love of god, do not use us as your primary news source), Tom DeLay will probably remain on the ballot in his congressional district, thanks to some liberal activist judges or something. The Repubs will appeal, and it might go all the way to the Supreme Court! Who will just declare Tom the winner and he will be in Congress for the rest of our lives.Seriously, activist judges, we are this close to getting rid of him — don’t screw it up for us, ok?
