Win Jack Kingston’s Nuts Onions

During the Rayburn craziness, we highlighted the blog of staffers and interns to Rep. Jack Kingston (R-GA). They liveblogged last Friday’s insanity, from the belly of the beast.

Their fine work continues. Check out this video of “Win Jack Kingston’s Onions,” a trivia face-off between actor Ben Stein — of “Bueller, Bueller” fame — and Rep. Vern Ehlers (R-MI), who claims the dubious distinction of being “The Smartest Congressman Ever.” The prize? Vidalia onions, a product of Kingston’s Georgia district.

Here’s a teaser: in the video, you’ll hear Ben Stein’s answer — not the expected response, but correct nonetheless — to the question: “What do Jack Abramoff and Monica Lewinsky have in common?”
