So, what lobbyist for a distillers association last night celebrated her birthday on Capitol Hill by throwing up on someone’s tuxedo jacket (not to mention all over the floor)?
OK, that’s the item. I don’t know her name, but she works for the distillers association. BTW, it was my jacket.
