A Model for Congressional Ethics Reform

If ethics reform should rest upon greater disclosure and transparency, then let’s follow the “Nigerian soccer” approach:

The public should view Congress succumbing to the undue influence of lobbyists in the same way that Democrats responded to the secret NSA wiretapping program: “It’s okay for you to do it — just tell us about it, okay?”
