NOW was a unanimous decision, and the opinion was written by Justice Breyer, a solid vote in favor of abortion rights. So it’s not like Anna Nicole Smith distracted us from reporting on the demise of Roe v. Wade. But still, one can only imagine how crazy things were in the Supreme Court building today.)
