UPDATE: It’s official. Scooter Libby’s been indicted on three charges: perjury, obstruction of justice, false statement. A total of five counts. We’re now taking suggestions on what his prison nickname will be. Ain’t gonna be Scooter, that’s for sure. Send ‘em here:
