Roberts Hearings: Privacy!

We’re going to keep the hearings on in the background but we’re not sure it’ll get more exciting than this:

Specter asks if Roberts believes the const. contains a right to privacy:

Roberts: “I do.”

And there was this thrilling rhetoric: Roe v. Wade is “settled as a precedent of the court, entitled to respect under principles of stare decisis.” Let NARAL try to create an attack ad out of that.

Currently, he’s discussing a lawsuit over pension benefits.
