If UK-based noodle chain Wagamama had an American baby, it would be DC Noodles. The restaurant, which opened in the beginning of February, promises Wagamama-like values: simple, fast and fresh Asian fusion cuisine, centered around the beloved noodle.

Located right in DC’s U Street Corridor, DC Noodle offers a more modern and casual vibe than Sala Thai across the way. DC Noodle’s specialties include their noodles in soy soup with beef, Burmese kao soi with chicken (a kind of noodle dish with coconut curry) and red curry chicken and pumpkin with spinach linguine.
