Despite her performance at last week’s debate, a new Zogby poll shows that the Hillary-is-inevitable train actually lost some steam this week, as now only 38 percent of Democrats want her to be their next President. She suffered an 8 point loss compared to last month’s high of 46 percent. Obama took 2 of those coveted percentage points, Edwards took 4… and 3 percent of people decided they didn’t know anymore. Which is, I think, what politicians get for forcing their way further and further into our collective consciousness, as people begin to realize that maybe the people we want to see politicking and those we want to see govern might be two different types of people.
