Dawn Herb was charged with disorderly conduct when her bastard cop neighbor, Patrick Gilman, called his fucking buddies to complain about her. Patrick said that Dawn was swearing too loudly inside her house (because her goddamn toilet was overflowing) and then ripped him a new asshole when he told her to shut the fuck up.
